2025 - it’s a wrap! This year was the most fun I had with art. I realize I said that last year, and also the one before that, but I guess that’s the whole point.

I’m very grateful to have resonated with so many people in 2025 🙏🏽 thank you for allowing me to keep this going another year!

Content warning: trauma / abuse

Some time ago the internet was reminiscing about 2016 which spurred me to make this. I’m not going to pretend it was easy to share this, but it felt important especially now ❤️‍🩹

I made this graph over a decade ago when I was in college and often found myself arguing with *dudes* over why certain jokes aren’t funny enough to get away with being offensive. Thanks to this @nbcsnl incident I was finally motivated to put it in writing! Do better SNL.

Edit: not only is his “joke” offensive to women who are just trying to work out, it’s offensive to whores who dress way better than women at the gym.

Trying to feel closer to nature by drawing it instead of spending time in it 😂 Here are some plants from my Japan trip!

Made a little ode to my favorite park in Brooklyn to commemorate summer slowly coming to an end.

This maybe an unpopular opinion but the tropical girl in me thrives in 30deg c (10 years later I still don’t speak Fahrenheit)

Sketching around Japan!

I didn’t set out to make art on the go this trip but the surroundings were so inspiring that I had no choice but to buy a tiny sketchbook from a Muji in a convenient store (how adorable that a convenient store randomly had a Muji) which I ended up carrying around everywhere and filling up whenever I had down time.

I’m so in love with Japan!! I can’t wait to go back!
