Photo Drop captured by the magical @itsdrw painting this year @mnstatefair with @forecastpublicart Joyful World Mural Park!
Thank You to every single person who made this attraction possible, what a JOY.
Huge shout out to all the talented artists in this year’s cohort, y’all inspire me tremendously.

This mural was made with the help of my incredibly bad ass friend and collaborator @mellamomicky. I could not have done it without her, Dream team! Y’all should send more projects our way so we can take over the world…

Final thanks goes to my sweet @southside_aqueerium fam ( with a special shout out to @emmetth23 for taking the photo this piece is referencing in our section of the parade this year )

A love letter to you all, to Minneapolis, and to South-sides favorite holiday. Big Love ❤️‍🔥 by @dez.4.prez

Friends!
I’ve had the honor of working with a powerhouse group of artists and volunteers lead by @luttergardella and Big Animal Productions on a massive 1000 person mosaic butterfly next Saturday at powderhorn park and we NEED YOU!
Link in bio or via QR code with more information on the project and ways to plug in.

ALSO: I’ve been specifically working with my studio mate Kris tackling some choreography for words to accompany the butterfly and we still need about 10 folks to join our word team! We will be laying out our bodies in letter formation to spell out the word
‘Love’ in 6 languages - (Dakota, Ojibwe, Somali, Hmong, Spanish, and English) on top of the butterfly - some letter rehursal from this weekend posted above. If you feel able and willing to join us on the ground for this crucial aspect of the action please feel free to reach out to me directly and I can plug you in to our team. 🦋🤍 by @dez.4.prez
