“Follow the feelings before the ideas” sums up the last month and a half in Rishikesh. I wasn’t planning on coming here but I’m so glad I did.

I learned Vedic knowledge about sound and completed my sound healing teacher training.

Celebrated my birthday 🎂

Spent a week living in a remote ashram in the mountains learning Hatha yoga 🧘🏻‍♀️

Played some organic house music 🪄🕺💃🏻

People bathe in the Ganga as an act of purification, honoring her energy as a symbol of transformation and renewal.

My time in India has come to an end and I’m feeling a lot of emotions. Mostly gratitude for all the experiences, lessons, people, and memories 🙏🏼 now I need to get my OCI 😄 taken in Rishikesh by @dharaa_
