It’s taken me a full week to land back on Earth after this burn. This year was everything at once brilliant and brutal, uplifting and humbling, a storm of experiences that somehow became unforgettable.

Two weeks in the desert brought whiteouts, rain, dust, endless music, and endless lessons. Burning Man has a way of reminding you that everything and everyone holds beauty. Every year someone texts me: “I saw the news are you okay out there?” And every year my answer is the same…there’s nowhere else I’d rather be.

Coming back to the default world has been heavy some of the hardest things unfolding, while some of the best are just beginning. It feels like the dust followed me home, a reminder that growth lives in both the breakdowns and the breakthroughs.

Even a week later, it feels like part of me is still out there. But what I carried back is just as powerful, the reminder to live fully, to celebrate when the moment calls, and to never hold back.

We were so grateful for the Vedantic spiritual teacher and musician Pandit Balmiki Sharma to join us at @quantumclinicusa this weekend for a classical devotional Indian concert and Vedic talk about meditation and Self-realization.

We bathed in the world’s oldest vibrations and the ancient musical compositions of Ragas, and listened to his Satsang, sacred teachings on the nature of sound and its effects on mind.

My Mom and I hosted an intimate Diwali Party with close friends this weekend. We previously had small Diwali dinners before, but this is the first time we put together something that was more celebratory since moving here. After being in LA for 7 years, I feel more settled here with an amazing group of friends around me. It made me deeply happy to share more of Indian culture with my Los Angeles family. Special Thanks @davidgull11 for letting us use his place and decorate it for the evening. Happy Diwali 🪔🙏🏾

A King of the Moment honors everyone.

Sovereign: a person or entity that is independent and self-governing.

We are each our own Kings and Queens… but not OVER anyone else. God is the supreme ruler, and we are the captains of our own vessels.

But “independence” mean we are separate from everyone else?
Not at all.

The word independent is often misunderstood. Some take it to mean isolation or indifference toward others. But in truth, independence simply means no one is forcing their will upon another. It means we are free to choose—free to collaborate, to lead, to follow, to serve, to create—voluntarily.

Imagine a world where EACH of us steps fully into that role… sovereign, responsible, aligned.
Our own King or Queen—taking care of our space, our home, our town, our world…

With each intentional act—picking up a piece of trash on the street, wiping a counter, cleaning a park, smiling at a stranger—we quietly shift reality. We step into stewardship. And that is where possibility begins. That is how we create a divine world.

Not by waiting for others. Not by blaming others or focusing on what we think other people are doing wrong… but by doing right, ourselves. Leading by example. Living it, and sharing it, and inviting others to collaborate… not forcing our ideas on others, as not everyone sees things the same way. We’ll find our tribe, and not everyone has to agree, as we don’t. Facts.

Live and let live.

A King of the Moment honors everyone.
