Happy 40th Birthday to this gem of a daughter! Alicia you came into our lives 40 years ago and our lives have been enriched ever since! You have completed our lives and filled it with happiness. You are the most caring, loving and wonderful daughter we could have ever imagined. You have brought so much joy into our lives and our life now has a purpose. You are truly our shining star in our lives! We are so proud of all your accomplishments and successes that you have achieved. Today we celebrate the day you came into our world. It truly was the happiest day of our lives. We hope that we have been the best parents for you and that we have provided all that we could for you and you know we will continue to do so. Our love for you is endless and you know that wherever you are and whenever you need anything we are always there for you. You have grown into a beautiful, intelligent woman.Mostly, we are proud of how respectful, loving and giving you are to everyone you meet! You truly have touched the hearts of many! May God continue to guide you and watch over you and may you continue to have a life full of good health and an abundance of happiness! Today is 'Burgers for MS' Day at A&W so we went to enjoy our Teen Burgers to support my 'tough as nails' wife Eveline in her fight against this horrible disease! You are such an inspiration and you will always be my 'Energizer Bunny!' AND as an added bonus Alicia has been here with us this week, while Peter had to stay back in Ottawa to work, so she was able to join us as well!!

Remembering our dear nephew, Stephen Zukiel, who passed away suddenly on Monday, June 1, 2026. We were very close to him and did many things together. Never a day went by that we didn't keep in touch, either by phone, text or in person. He was a wonderful guy who would do anything for us as we would for him. He was a devoted son to Marie and Ben. He was such a giving person who go out of his way to help anyone. All we have now are the memories. Rest in Peace dear nephew. by @dibat53
