After about 30 years, the time has come to say good bye to LA…
Losing everything in the fires definitely had an impact - but the bigger more devastating blow for me was the sudden break-up that followed 💥 which lead me into a year of dealing with my heartbreak 💔💥💔
Therapy, workshops, radical self care and support from friends helped to a certain degree with the emotional healing process - and for that I am very grateful - but now I need to unplug from the place I called my home for 3 decades to create something new!
Back to Europe for now and staying curious to what wants to unfold.
The way I understand it: one door must close for a new one to open - while staying human, humble and present to what is.
And so it is - by @diegowallraff

As I’m completing another year and look back at my life since my last birthday, I have to acknowledge that this past year was extremely challenging… marked by colossal loss, emotional pain and great disappointments.
Last Summer I hit an emotional rock bottom and only through the help of my brother @cucowallraff and some dear friends (you know who you are) was I able to pull myself up, through and out…
I then embarked on a series of radical self care protocols including several retreats with @drjoedispenza which supported my healing process and I’m slowly reaching a sense of balance and renewed inner strength.
Who knows what all these experiences were good for, but I’m still here and anticipate some exciting new opportunities which I’m getting ready for!
I know that occasional suffering is woven into the human experience and it feelsgood to be able to experience the bliss again - and not take it for granted…
I’m grateful for my resilience, health and the improved wisdom I have gained over the past year.
Here’s to celebrating the best years yet to come ✨❣️✨
And if you’re going through hard times: seek support - this too shall pass… taken in Maui, Hawaii by @diegowallraff

I’m glad to be done with 2025!
Let’s not do this ever again!
I also don’t want a New Year: a gently used 2019 will do just fine… taken in Harbin Springs, California by @diegowallraff

A lot of people think that I’m being silly in this video!
Well, that is true: I am silly!
However there’s so much more to this - it is a somatic healing methodology to clear traumatic experiences that are deeply held inside of the body.
Much like a deer - if it gets hit by a car and can still walk - it will walk of to the side and shake vigorously to literally shake off the impact💥
In many of my practices for somatic healing there’s lots of breathing and movement involved so that the stuck energy can dislodge and clear out.
Many dynamic meditations are equally effective to address deeply rooted trauma…
So if you like: try it out and shake with me!!!
I promise, you will feel so much better❣️❣️❣️

When your brother @cucowallraff is in town and you take a deep dive into memory lane accompanied by a myriad of emotions: nostalgia!
Experiences from almost 30 years ago seem to have vanished into the past - and the awareness around the impermanence of life is quite obvious. We discovered that the Complex Theater in Hollywood which was the home of @celebrateartists acting class had burnt in a fire… and we have to accept that the only constant in life is change! So, let’s live in the NOW because there’s no other place to be - LIFE IS NOW❣️
⭐️HAPPY HOLIDAYS⭐️ and here’s to love, health & happiness!!!

Have you heard of cord cutting?
Do you practice cord cutting already?
Here‘s my take on energetic cord cutting which refers to the idea - which for some people is very real - that as we walk through life we attach ourselves energetically to people and people attach themselves energetically to us.
Some of these attachments, connections or cords are conscious and many of them are not conscious at all… which may become a problem after a while!
So an energetic CLEARING - a RESET - could be very necessary which should be performed every now and then - especially when we feel depleted, overextended or completely burnt out.
In my practice of cord cutting I like to utilize a real sword - Merlin‘s Magical Excalibur - to cut through every single cord that is connected to each individual chakra for a complete reset of the human operating system.
This in my opinion is one of the most effective cord cutting experiences ever 💥⚔️💥
Talk about a total reset ✨👍✨ taken in Los Angeles, California by @diegowallraff
