I feel you #adultlearners 💖

Integrating the ‚this is what I should do‘ together with the ‚this is what it feels like‘ is an essential part of the learning process, so you can replicate that feeling. Sometimes it takes a while to get it. But the more you slow down the moves off the ice to feel correct movement patterns, the better it will get 💖⛸️

#missingthis after the last season with a long break, surgery, minimal time and new stiff skates - I haven’t had a quiet moment to move freely across the ice.
