You know exactly what the correction means, so why doesn’t it click when you skate? 💭

This Sunday I’m teaching a live class on the missing piece between getting a correction and implementing it. We start on the floor, learning to feel where your body is and where you want it to be, and then you can take that feeling to the ice ⛸️

Sunday, October 4th at 4:00 PM CEST. Skaters of all levels welcome 💖

Join the class for free, sign up here: https://digitalskatingschool.com/feel-it-then-skate-it/ (or via the link in my bio)

See you there! ✨

#missingthis after the last season with a long break, surgery, minimal time and new stiff skates - I haven’t had a quiet moment to move freely across the ice.
But seeing this gets me excited for the next time I can 💖⛸️

Who else loves #improvising under the sky? Just feels so free to follow your bodies movement 💕⛸️☀️

Loved the warm fall sun as inspiration on this #improvisation

I’m so excited to share with you the start of my newest project 💞⛸️ 🥳

It’s been such an incredible process and so close to my heart - I have put all my years of academic and practical research together with my decades of experiences into a 5-step digital training programme for adult skaters 🤍

For any coach it is so rewarding teaching exactly the style and method you believe in and it is so satisfying when you see the results. Over the last few years of digital teaching I have seen some amazing developments and have gotten such lovely feedback that I just had to make my unique somatic movement approach for figure skating more accessible to anyone who is interested in not just learning skating technique, but who wants to feel and understand their bodies movement better. 🧘🏽

This method isn’t just for technique either, it opens up a space for discovery and exploration on a personal level through improvisation. ✨

In the next weeks I will be sharing with you more about the @digital_skating_school and the work we offer. Follow us to stay tuned 🩷
