When a client comes back after retirement; that says more than any award ever could.

Veta T. Richardson led the Association of Corporate Counsel as CEO for years, building one of the most respected legal associations in the world.

During that time, we worked together to position both the organization and Veta herself as definitive thought leaders within the legal and business sectors.

But the moment we're most proud of came after she retired.

She didn't have to come back. She chose to because she wanted the same level of partnership for her next chapter as a board leader, educator, and best-selling author.

That kind of trust is not something you ask for. It's something you earn over years of consistent, strategic, results-driven work.

Thank you, Veta. It has been an honor to be part of more than one chapter of your story.

For any association leader looking to elevate their organization's influence; we'd love to have that conversation.

People are the new channel.

That’s the insight that led Roy Abdo to start Digital Revamp 12 years ago; and it still drives everything we do today.

In a world where people connect with people; not logos, not ads; every CEO and founder needs to build their presence.

Not because it looks good. Because trust is built before the first meeting ever happens.

The real question isn’t where you should be. It’s where your customer is already spending their time.

Show up there. With a face, a voice, and a point of view.

Personal branding isn’t about self-promotion.
It’s about becoming known for one specific thing.

Here’s the 5-step formula:
Identity → Audience → Positioning → Presence → Consistency.

Combine all 5, and you have a personal brand.
Skip any of them, and it’s just self-promotion.

Save this. Share it with someone building theirs from scratch. by @digitalrevamp

There’s no one type of marketing you should use. Every business should understand all 7 and know when each one fits.

Content marketing: the type that keeps working for you long after you hit publish.

Social media marketing: the only type that lets you talk to your audience every single day.

Email marketing: the one channel no algorithm can take away from you.

Paid advertising: the fastest type to scale, and the fastest to burn cash if you rush it.

SEO: the type that quietly brings in buyers while you sleep.

Influencer marketing: the shortcut to trust when you don’t have years to earn it yourself.

Brand marketing: get this one right and every other type suddenly works better.

Save this so you always pick the right type at the right time. by @digitalrevamp

Two terms most people use wrong.
And confusing them is why most brands feel forgettable.

Branding is what people SEE.
Brand strategy is what makes people BELIEVE.
You need both. But one has to come first.

Brand strategy shapes the story. Branding expresses it.

Branding without strategy = a beautiful logo nobody remembers.
Brand strategy without branding = a great story with no way to express it.

The strongest brands build both. In this order:
Strategy → Branding.

Save this. Share it with someone confusing the two.

There are 7 types of Marketing. Each one has a specific job.

1️⃣ Content Marketing — builds long term authority. Compounds over months not days.

2️⃣ Social Media Marketing — builds your brand and gives you direct access to your audience.

3️⃣ Email Marketing — the highest ROI channel. Works only when the list already exists.

4️⃣ Paid Advertising — scales what works. Amplifies what doesn’t too.

5️⃣ SEO — captures demand. Does not create it.

6️⃣ Influencer Marketing — builds trust fast. Useless when the audience does not match your buyer.

7️⃣ Brand Marketing — never skip this one. It is the foundation every other type stands on.

The formula is simple.

Brand builds the foundation. Content and SEO earn the audience. Social and email nurture them. Paid scales what works. Influencer accelerates trust.

Use the wrong type at the wrong time and you waste money. Use the right one and growth compounds.

Save this and share it with a founder who is spending on marketing without a strategy by @digitalrevamp

7 words that expose your AI-written LinkedIn posts:

1. Delve: AI’s way of saying explore. Say: dig into, unpack, break down.
2. Leverage: AI’s way of saying use. Say: apply, build on, deploy.

3. Navigate: AI’s favorite filler verb. Say: handle, work through, solve.

4. Empower: AI’s go-to virtue signal. Say: name what you actually do instead.

5. Enhance: AI’s vague improvement word. Say: improve, sharpen, strengthen.

6. Robust: AI’s adjective for anything technical. Say: strong, tested, proven.

7. Foster: rarely used by real humans. Say: build, grow, encourage.

Use AI to save time. Then rewrite it in your own words.

Save this before your next post. by @digitalrevamp

How thought leadership content has changed in 10 years.

Every era had a dominant format and a short window to catch it.

2014–2016: Word count was the credential. Long essays proved you’d done the thinking.

2017–2019: Executives stopped building audiences elsewhere and borrowed LinkedIn’s.

2020–2022: The essay collapsed into a hook, a body, and a line of white space.

2022-2024: Teaching moved from paragraphs to swipes, and minutes became seconds.

2025–2026: When anyone can generate content, sounding like a person becomes the differentiator.

“Your team is phenomenal.”

Paula Hooser, Firm Administrator at HKP Advisors, on the rebrand we built for her firm.

New website. New logo. New identity that captures who HKP is today; not who they were 50 years ago.

Job candidates are messaging her about it.
Employees are wearing the logo on golf shirts.

This is what modernizing with intention looks like.

Thank you, Paula. And thank you, HKP. by @digitalrevamp

5 Hooks That Stop the Scroll (On LinkedIn) ➡️

LinkedIn cuts off your post after 2 lines.
Your first sentence is doing 90% of the work.

Hook 1: Curiosity.
The reason you finished reading that post you didn’t mean to open.

Hook 2: Contradiction.
The one that makes readers do a double-take at their own beliefs.

Hook 3: Vulnerability.
The hook most executives avoid. And why the ones who use it get remembered.

Hook 4: Numbers.
Vague words get scrolled. Specific numbers get read.

Hook 5: Audience Callout.
The one that makes readers feel like the post was written for them personally.
