A huge THANK YOU to @dillard.nathaniel “The Mortgage GOAT” for flying in all the way from Arizona to pour into our FTC community Friday! 🙌🏾

He didn’t show up with the typical talking points about FHA, Conventional, or down payment assistance. This was a masterclass on the lending strategies and loan products that too many agents simply don’t know exist.
