🏡 SOLD! Yesterday I had the honor of helping another Veteran become a homeowner 🇺🇸! By way of referral - I met Mr. Mason through his daughter whom I actually had the pleasure of helping find a home a couple years prior. One of the kindest and most humble people I’ve met in a while, & I’m so glad that I got the chance to bring him to the finish line! We were able to secure this home at list with nearly $12,000 in seller paid concessions, a brand new roof - and to sweeten it even further he brought ZERO OUT OF POCKET to the closing table!! To all my VETERANS - thank you for your service 🌟 You served our country. Now let me serve you by helping you find a place to call home 🇺🇸🏡. I’d love to help you make the most of your VA loan benefits! Thank you to everyone who helped make this transaction a success! 🎊 For all your Phoenix Real Estate needs follow and contact @temitrealtor_🔥 Tope Williams 🏡Real Estate Professional | KWRP 📱(520)-428-4412 💻topewilliamsre@gmail.com • • • • #TemiTRealtor #phoenixrealestate #realestate #phoenix #arizonarealestate

A huge THANK YOU to @dillard.nathaniel “The Mortgage GOAT” for flying in all the way from Arizona to pour into our FTC community Friday! 🙌🏾 He didn’t show up with the typical talking points about FHA, Conventional, or down payment assistance. This was a masterclass on the lending strategies and loan products that too many agents simply don’t know exist. There’s a reason he was the #1 lender in his brokerage last month. His knowledge, creativity, and passion for creating homeowners is second to none! We are honored to call him a partner and even more honored that he chooses to invest his time and knowledge into our community. We are truly equipping Black real estate professionals with the tools, resources, relationships, and education needed to better serve our communities! Please do not miss the next Meet-up! ❤️🖤💚 📆 Every 1st Friday ⏰ 5:30pm - 7:30pm 📍8909 N Port Washington Rd Thank you again, Nate. For expanding what’s possible for all of us. 🏡🐐🔥 #ForTheCulture #FTC #TheDealsWereMissing MortgageGOAT CreativeFinancing BlackRealEstateProfessionals CommunityOverCompetition CreatingHomeowners

Hello  FTC Family! That time has come again to meet and learn! In a market where many agents are struggling to put deals together, one of the biggest issues may not be the buyer… it may be the conversations we are NOT having around lending. Join us at our next FTC session: “THE DEALS WE’RE MISSING” The Loans Agents Aren’t Talking About That Create More Homeowners Featuring our special guest and long term supporter Nathaniel Dillard — “The Mortgage Goat” @dillard.nathaniel Nathaniel is originally from Milwaukee and now based in Arizona, and he’s returning home to give us a real, strategic deep dive into creative lending solutions that many agents are overlooking every single day. This conversation will challenge the way we think about financing, fixer-uppers, buyer opportunities, and what it truly takes to get more people into homes in today’s market! Topics will include:
• Renovation loans
• Creative financing options
• Missed buyer opportunities
• How to save deals that seem dead
• Financing homes that need work
• Creating homeowners through strategy, not just inventory
• Conversations agents should have with buyers right now Too many agents are walking away from opportunities simply because they don’t fully understand the lending options available. If you are serious about growing your business, serving buyers at a higher level, and learning how to identify opportunities other agents are missing, you need to be in this room. So, come ready to engage, connect, and grow! Please bring a friend in the industry because we win, when our friends win as well! Also, we have a NEW LOCATION & we’re excited to welcome you all to the new space! 📍 8909 N PORT WASHINGTON RD. SUITE 106 BAYSIDE, WI 53217 📅 Friday, June 5th ⏰ 5:30pm -7:30pm 🍕 Food Will Be Provided #FTC ❤️🖤💚
