POSTS STORIES REELS

There’s something so magical about slowing down and spending the day outside with the people you love. 🌻💛 Today we wandered through fields of sunflowers, danced under the trees, breathed in the fresh air, and picked up some little treasures at the local market check out my girl @journeychocolate.ca

Days like this remind me how important it is to unplug, move your body, laugh, and just be in the moment. My heart (and lungs!) feel so full. 🫶✨

Hi, I’m Dinara and I’m officially opening up a few spots for gentle, supportive Mat Pilates sessions — online or in-person (Toronto).

I’ve been living, breathing, walking (a lot), meditating, and healing in this beautiful new chapter and it led me here:

A space to help other women come home to their bodies with calm, strength, and confidence.

My sessions are made for women who want to rebuild their core, breathe deeper, and feel more like themselves again — no pressure, just presence. 🧡

🌿 Mat Pilates for postpartum + all women
👶 Baby optional
💻 Online or Toronto-based

🩷 DM me to grab one of the first 3 spots at my intro rate

Let’s move with intention. You’re so worth it.

From beachy to city-ready look — all it took was the coziest touch 🧶✨ Styled it with a hand-knitted sweater my mom made in one day (yes, she’s iconic). Proof you don’t need a new wardrobe, just a little layering magic 🪄🌼

2025 recap ✨
A big year — the year I turned 4.0 🎉
Filled with love, adventure, and a lot of lessons.
It wasn’t easy, but we persevered, grew stronger, and stayed open to life.
Grateful for the journey, excited for what’s ahead, and choosing to keep showing up with heart. 💫#Pilatesreformer #pilatesmom #2025 #endofyearrecap #certified by @dinara_gem

11 pH hydrogen water acts like a natural detox for your fruits and veggies — breaking down oily pesticides, wax, and dirt that tap water leaves behind.
Once you see that yellow water, there’s no going back 👀💦

Happy birthday to my amazing first born! 🧡 You totally changed my life 14 years ago and I'm so grateful for the lessons and love you bring. Watching you grow into a teenager is wild - you're taller than me now! I'm so proud of the person you're becoming. Don't forget mom knows best 😉. Love you, can't wait to celebrate today! ❤️🥰😘 @ek3_hooper by @dinara_gem
