Steakhouse, but make it summer! My Ribeye with Warm Corn Salad only needs one-pan and is a nonnegotiable after visiting a farmer's market.

Ingredients like these don't need much, but a little butter never hurts! I am kinda obsessed with these cubes from @challengebutter 🧈They are conveniently portioned for busy gals like me who travel a ton but still love to cook!

I am constantly asked about my favorite pans, and @anolon is always at the top of my list. This one is from their new Everlast Ceramic line. It actually handles high heat, unlike most nonsticks.

And if you too want to come home to an epic steak like I did, hit up @vincentsmeatmarket. They are one of the last family-owned butcher shops in the Bronx, still doing it right after 70 years in business!

Most importantly, don't offer me even a bite of steak without a dirty gin🍸K, thanks!

Not to be dramatic but I finally get what my trainer means by progressive overload.

Lifting a Balthazar, equivalent to 16 bottles of @champagnedrappier. Their Carte d’Or has been made since 1808 and always contains at least 80% Pinot Noir, to maintain the house's iconic style.
