Some exciting news 💛 For the past year, I’ve been working on something very special… and I can finally share it!

I’m officially a Certified Integrative Nutrition Health Coach through @nutritionschool !

For years, I struggled with constant stomach aches, bloating, acne, rashes, and getting sick all the time. I just thought it was something I had to live with because these were common IBS symptoms 🙃

But everything changed when I started focusing on holistic healing and quickly realized how fueling my body with real, whole foods and lifestyle changes made such a difference.

That journey is what inspired me to dive deeper, study nutrition, and become the resource I wish I had during my own healing.

I’m so excited to keep sharing what I’ve learned and help YOU feel your best! 🤸 taken in Minneapolis, Minnesota by @dinewithwellness

A perfect weekend soaking in this beautiful weather and firing up the grill

&& made a favorite homemade burger combo 👇

Gluten free turkey burgers:
• Ground turkey
• 1 egg
• ½ cup almond flour
• 2 tbsp olive oil

PRO TIP: Before putting them on the grill, place the burgers in the freezer for ~30 minutes (this helps them hold together and makes grilling so much easier 🙌)

Grill until golden and juicy, then serve on a grilled bun with:
✨ BBQ sauce
✨ Creamy slaw
✨ Fresh avocado slices

coleslaw dressing:
• ½ cup mayo
• 1 tbsp maple syrup
• 1 tsp apple cider vinegar
• Pinch of salt
