POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED

Hello, friends! 👋

Welcome to the world of the little orange dino: Swizzel!
For pink dawg stuffs, check out @floppydoge!

In prep for any events with this goober, here are some things that I wrote as a heads up:

- I struggle with my vision, and with my hearing
- I have dyspraxia, which affects my coordination
- I have an unreliable memory
- I struggle with chronic health issues, that (amongst other things) can mean I need breaks more than others might
- Autism (and etc) has an effect on my socialising, but, I love to yap, and to make friends!

Please, feel free to take pictures of / with the creature!
My disabilities prevent me from doing as much suiting as I would like, so this guy is my adorable stand in 🙂‍↕️

Thank you for reading! Have a lovely day! 🧡

HI :D

The dates for next year’s @dinoconuk were announced, on Friday, and I’m hoping I’ll be able to come along!

I wanna get to see my paleo pals (and meet new ones), take my Swizzels on an adventure, and peruse all of the awesome dino stuff that is so unique to this con

Next year’s event is looking like it’ll include some new activities, too, and I wanna check em out (especially as I won’t still be recovering from ConFuzzled*) 👀

I shall be keeping y’all updated, of course, but, in the mean time, I wanted to share this sweet picture of mini Swizzel, cuddled up with @paleonerd_sketches :3

*things sadly haven’t lined up for me to be able to go to next year’s one, but, I hope that everyone who *is* going along to it has an awesome time! I’ll miss you! 🥺

Much love, my Paleo Pals! TTFN!

HI :D

It took me an age to post this one, but, meeting this Alan Grant cosplayer at @dinoconuk was an absolute highlight of the convention (and definitely made my day)

Super lovely guy, but, idk his username, so, I can’t tag :(

This year’s loss of the wonderful @samneilltheprop was so sad, but, it’s nice to see him live on, in some way, with the endless love that people have for the characters that he brought to life

I’ve still got more Dino Con content to share with y’all, but, until then, I shall be thinking about Hallowed Ween (and if I should get a costume for Swizzel)

Much love, my Paleo Pals! TTFN!

HI :D

I return, with more art I got at @dinoconuk :D

On the very last day of the con, I did another sweep of the vendor hall, and decided I wanted to join some pals in getting a comm from @umbreonoctie

After a blunder of mine, earlier on that day, that art was very much the pick me up that I’d been needing

Just look at it! Is so pretty! :D

There’s still more to come of Dino Con Swizzel art, but, with the weather of today, I thought I’d post this one :3

Now, to camp out in front of my fan 🙂‍↕️

Much love, my Paleo Pals! TTFN!

HI :D

I have been organising my room, and it has made it a wee bit difficult to make posts, but, ✨here✨

I know these aren’t from @dinoconuk (I still have stuff to post from that adventure), but, I wanted to share this commission I got from @cloudyappleart

He’s such a lovely soul, and is currently raising funds for his sister, after she was unfairly dismissed from work due to needing time off for health problems that she’s been daaling with

If you have the time / funds, please check out the GFM that they’ve set up, or check out CloudyApple’s KoFi

Also, thank you to @einsquared for helping me to model Swizzel for that first picture, to match the painting :3

Much love, my Paleo Pals! TTFN!

HI :D

Witness a day in the life of a True(…) paleo geezer…

When I was at @dinoconuk, I picked up a tee shirt from @minigeekboutique (for Swizzel to wear)

When I was at @cfzconvention, I picked up an ‘ask me about dinosaurs’ hat from @blacksmoke1033 (because it’s cool)

When I was at my house, I commissioned a giant plushie of my little (?) orange dino, from @vertebress_ (to bring along for some fun adventures)

These things combined have resulted in This

I’m honestly kinda delighted that everything fit as well as they did, and I have to say that all these people that I mentioned are very cool (and you should check em out)

Much love, my Paleo Pals! TTFN!

HI :D

A week ago, I posted a picture of Swizzel being hugged by the wonderful @rosemarythecarnodragon

A week later, I present some adorable art of him, drawn by her fabulous business partner: @gummmydragon

As you can see (slide 5) it’s very accurate to life 🙂‍↕️
(Pay little mind to the setup, I had to do a bit of improv)

I have more Swizzel art from @dinoconuk that I’m looking forward to sharing, but, it felt right to start with this piece

HI :D

This #FursuitFriday, I actually have a fursuit pic for y’all!

I’ve been a fan of @gummmydragon’s work for about 2 or 3 years, and with her being a vendor at @dinoconuk, this year, Swizzel and I got to meet her (and Rosemary)!

I took a few pics, but, I decided that this one was best
We all need more hugs in our lives, I think

If you haven’t already done so, take this post as a sign to check in with your paleo pals, and see how they are

Much love, my Paleo Pals! TTFN!

HI :D

So, there’s a certain orange dino doesn’t *want* to be a specimen 🥺

Have you become a specimen, and it wasn’t your fault?

Hi, I spent my weekend at @dinoconuk, and one of the things that I came home with was this absolutely incredible sinosauropteryx diorama from a fellow Welsh person (🗣️Cymru am byth🏴󠁧󠁢󠁷󠁬󠁳󠁿): @carla_owen_creations

Be sure to go and check out her work! She’s awesome!
