Warp Transmission Unleash New Album — Out May 1st 2026 on Echodelick Records (USA) and Dirty Filthy Records (UK)

May 1 marks the arrival of the latest sonic voyage from Warp Transmission, released jointly on Echodelick Records (USA) and Dirty Filthy Records (UK). True to their name, the band channels raw energy and cosmic fuzz into a sound that blurs the boundaries between heavy psych, doom-laced grooves, and kaleidoscopic space rock.

“Warp Transmission is a freak accident, the weirdo process ultra, a travel void of reason. It’s spaced out, stoner, psychedelic, wastoid, heavy ‘n’ heady ROCK.

It’s about riding blind the primal urge, living the archetype, and always rocking out with an excess of noise, burning some bridges and crossing a couple abysses along the way.

IT IS FINISHED
BURN EVERY FLAG”

Tren Go! Sound System's new album 'Gentrified Flat Music' is out today!!!

Link in bio

Celebrating my solo thing's 20th anniversary here's some new music in fresh clothing. As @catarinod put it, it might just my most 90s album yet. Threw all the guitars in the sampler, added some drum machine and some acid bass and here we go!
The text on bandcamp will give you more context on how and why this album came into fruiton.

Something that ended up playing a big role was realizing i couldnt play loud anymore after my practice room building was temporarily shut down by the city hall due to safety concerns. This situation is reflected not only in the music but on the cover as well, depicting what was once the building's only emergency door, now covered in cement.

As far as the record goes, Audiowax went far and beyond to conjure up a fantastic sounding and especially good looking record that would make the perfect psychedelic companion to Andre Catarino's artwork. It was a priviledge to learn so much at the plant while fooling around with the pvc.

I think I might have said this in a previous post but it doesn't hurt to reiterate how thankful I am to everyone who helped, supported, believed and made things happen throughout these past two decades. I wouldn't've made it without you! That's the paradox of the solo artist, i guess: no one does anything alone. I would tag you all but you're simply too many to fit in a tiny post.

If you wish to support, the album is available digitally on my bandcamp or on vinyl at:

EU - @saliva.diva DIVA034
UK - @dirtyfilthyrecords DFR024
USA - @echodelickrecords ECHO182
Shipping starts 16/10

Credits:
Pestana: guitar, bass, sampler, drum machine, acid bass machine, photo, recording and mix

André Catarino: artwork
James Plotkin: mastering
Marco Lima & Sr. Ing. Joel Figueiredo: mix consiglieri

🚂 TREN GO! SOUND SYSTEM — Gentrified Flat Music

💿 VINYL EDITION — OCTOBER 2

Twenty years of Tren Go! Sound System. 🎉

Pedro Pestana — known for his work with 10 000 Russos, Dreamweapon and Talea Jacta — returns with another dose of guitar, loops, pedals and effects-driven one-man-band psychedelia.

On Gentrified Flat Music, the familiar loopstation setup collides with sampling, dub, fuzz and experimentation — partly born from being forced out of the rehearsal room and having to create at home, at a much lower volume.

The result is playful, strange, hypnotic and beautifully unpredictable. 🌀🎸

And just look at that vinyl… absolutely gorgeous color combination. 😍🔥

💿 Available in the USA October 2 through Echodelick Records

Also available through:

🇬🇧 Dirty Filthy Records
🇵🇹 Saliva Diva

Muslin Beat - the first single from #trengosoundsystem 's next album 'Gentrified Flat Music' is out today!
Check out the full video in bio. Shot and edited by yours truly at CC Stop.

Gentrified Flat Music will be coming out in vinyl in September on @dirtyfilthyrecords @echodelickrecords and @saliva.diva

Video synopsis: A lysergic walk through CC Stop in Porto, which is home to an unknown but outrageously large number of bands. From aspiring musicians practicing steadily to a metronome to established artists recording their latest hits, this building has harbored all walks of life for the past 30 odd years, creating a particular and unique macrocosmos of musical endeavours. It was many times a target for economic predators and one of the things that kept it going is the legal maze that has been preventing these parasites to get their prize. A few years ago it was shut down for a while, more or less around the time I started to make this album. As soon as I got home that day, I realized that I couldn't play loud anymore and this had a serious impact on my way to make music. This track was one of the first under this forced premise. taken in Centro Cultural Stop by @dirtyfilthyrecords
