BRICK x Brick | Official Trailer | WATCH NOW 🥊

To build something that lasts, you have to be willing to lay the bricks yourself. 🧱

Our latest documentary "Brick x Brick" follows Tyrrell “Dirty Left” Washington, an up-and-coming professional boxer from Long Beach, California. As he pushes toward success in the ring, the fight outside of it grows heavier—balancing survival, fatherhood, and the weight of expectation. This documentary captures the raw reality of a life where the most brutal rounds are often fought beyond the ropes, as Tyrrell fights for a better future for himself and his daughter.

Honored to have captured this story alongside @jeruleasiatic. From the first stone to the final bell, we’re showing the weight of the build.

Dreams are only dreams until you make them a reality. These are words my mother instilled in me as a young child. MNxPWR all started as a dream and less than a year later, we are shaping it into our reality. Words can’t express how proud I am of all my brothers who went into battle representing MNxPWR and what we stand for. Truly I am honored to call them my brothers, I cherish a unique relationship with each one of them. We have seen one another grow and evolve each step of the journey. What is a seed without soil to grow it? This is the start of something gigantic, enormous, huge something so large you can only dream about it Ahahha MNxPWR!! #mnxpwr #mnxpwrfighttm #boxing #byb #love #growth #build #brotherhood #awarness #health #mankind #fighting #ko #california #longbeach #cali #strenth #motivation #inspire #dreams #goal #driven #purpose #light #god #work #human #2024 #fighter #fight by @dirtyleftdirtysho

We put the work into this event and it means a lot to have community support, it’s the first Sunday of summer and we wanted to kick the summer off on a positive note with being the change that we want to see an physically active in cleaning our beach.
My name is Tyrrell “Dirtyleft” Washington and I’m the creator of MNxPWR A natural supplement as well as a community/brotherhood with one mission, to become better people. As most of us may be aware it’s men’s mental health month and I think it’s important for us to create a positive space in the community for men to communicate freely amongst each other while also taking steps to build up that same community. MNxPWR will build mankind. 🥲🤲🏾🫂🧱👷‍♂️👷🤝🌎🏝️☀️🧹🧼❤️💙💗#mnxpwr #mankind #human #change #love #growth #build #brotherhood #awarness #beach #balance #focus #family #knowledge #wise #2024 #beachcleanup #gods #work #dream #inspire #motivate #strenth #happiness #fulfilment #purpose #mission #love #explore #mens #mentalhealthawareness by @dirtyleftdirtysho

“We’re taught that silence is strength. That real men don’t cry, don’t break, don’t feel. But the truth is—bottling it up is what breaks us. Speaking up, facing your emotions, and being real? That’s strength. Society told us to stay quiet so we’d stay weak. It’s time we unlearn that. Real power comes from being honest with yourself.”
•
All it takes is you. You are the one who has to step outside your comfort zone and speak up. But once you do, I promise you won’t regret it.
•
If you’re feeling alone or like you don’t have anyone to talk to, you can always reach out to me. I’ll do my best to always hold space for the men (and women) in my life who need it. Community builds strength.

First off I want to say I never play internet games clout chase or move weird with malicious intention for anyone, with that being sed I had to clear the air and my name from this narrative being tossed around. This coach has been begging me to spare his Fighter for about two months. The guy super green. It was for his confidence to build him to learn and grow in the gym. I typically always for that helping others feeding into each other, but this was not their intention I figured that out when they kept harassing me to work fast-forward Tuesday, March 18 I gave the Fighter some work after I worked out for two hours strength and conditioning they called me on my way out and I just obliged cause I’m a great fucking guy. First thing I noticed he brought 10 ounce gloves to spar me with, this is a general understanding in BOXING to spar with 14 or 16ounce gloves smh mind you his Coach taped the gloves on him by the way and his mom and Coach both was recorded the SPARRING. The video does no justice to what really happened I am not bragging or boasting I did what I had to and got him out of their cooked umm we sparred 2 1/2rounds. He didn’t make it through the third I stopped him, mama screaming yelling, crying for him to fight back. Once they’re plan backfired, they try to make me the bad guy and paint me to be this bully or villain when they was trying to set me up for failure in the beginning get clout off my name come after me and all I am is positive uplifting and inspirational. It goes to show you no matter how much good you do people are always going to try to trick you out of your spot and crash you out. I have nothing to prove to anyone. I’ve been cool way before BOXING. I’ve had many business ventures, and life way more complex boxing does not define me. I love this shit and it chose me, but it don’t make me. #game #dirty #left #dirtysho #ring #king #warrrior #fighter #boxer #longbeach #cali #socal #sparring #clarity #hate #envy #jealousy #danger #crashout #haters #bottom #feeders #clout #demon #2025 #fight by @dirtyleftdirtysho

Happy MNxPWR Monday to all, I wanted to start the year off on a proper trajectory and foundation with a few key points I created to help shape our daily lives and decision-making. Nobody is perfect and that’s not the message, self accountability and striving to be better is the message. Every morning I remind myself not to be that version of myself that I don’t want to be anymore.
“Nobody has excuses, we chose them.” 🤲👷🏾‍♂️👷🏼‍♂️🧱🏗️🌎🖤💙💪🤝👕🫂#mnxpwr #mankind #human #race #testosteron #pushint #love #growth #build #brotherhood #awarness #health #hormones #balance #focus #family #knowledge #wise #mnxpwrmonday #levels #gods #work #dream #inspire #motivate #strenth #happiness #fulfilment #purpose #mission by @dirtyleftdirtysho
