Last night me telling the story of when I moved from Nigeria in middle school, trying to do anything to fit in. I use to be so embarrassed by this story but I can laugh about it now. Meanwhile I’ve been doing some open mics recently and this was my first time in an actual show so I’m proud of myself for finally trying stand up because anyone that knows me knows I’ve been thinking about doing this for so long 😩.
