Super excited (and nervous!) My first solo Show in the art world!

The fashion world has allowed me to explore an industry I never dreamed I would take part in! From Showing @nzfw_ @miromoda_ @pacificfusionfashionnz @rmhsouth @walk_lightly_nz and @projectrunwaynz each opportunity has strengthened and honed my creative ability and passion for design.

Now, I want push myself and explore the world of art!

If I fail...

"Just get back on that horse and try again!"

This collection is titled "fashion wasteland"

As much as this industry is amazing, it has its downfalls - @WALKLightly the mission is to increase awareness of fashion waste, increase designer participation in using discarded and waste fabrics and creating a platform for Otautahi designers to connect.

"fashion wasteland" explores ways scrap fabrics can be used to create unique designs that are aggressive, textural and that reflect my journey as well as connecting with my heritage.
