It’s been a real learning for me as I’ve never had the balls to write anything before, I’ve always avoided it as I felt uncomfortable doing this kind of stuff but, I finally got out of my head. I wrote it whilst still in lockdown, but it’s been delayed to tie in with my new website.

Yes, I’ve been very quiet on here but working away behind the scenes, revamping Discoaching, creating an exciting online workshop experience and new programmes, going through my accreditation and loads of personal growth.
