Brilliant turnout at the @TogetherAlliance anti racist march in London yesterday - 500,000 people, apparently - ending in a House (music) Against Hate boogie in Trafalger Square, organised by @NothingButLoveuk (the new venture from the wonderful people behind Love Music Hate Racism, I think... Have your sound on for the last two slides x)

OMG! This was inspired! You are feeling this my lovely ones. Thank you for all you bookings and sharings. Keep them coming!

FAQ Can I come for a shorter amount of time?

Yes! Those who join later than 12pm will be nestled in the waiting room until the current person has finished sharing to reduce disruptions.

FAQ I love what you are doing. Can I contribute in some way?

Yes! Both my Ko-fi and PayPal accounts are listed on the booking form if you wish. You can also share and invite others to join in.

FAQ Will I have to speak?

No. Holding space and witnessing other women is a powerful practice in itself. Hearing our feelings expressed by others is incredibly healing. So do remember your words could be to others too.

FAQ Will there be a replay?

No. This is a private and safe space for live participants only.

FAQ I love this idea. How can I share?

Thank you! Share any of the links, posts stories and registration link freely. If you need any artwork let me know.

FAQ Can I join with my pre-schoolers? Yes you will all be muted until it is your turn to speak. Do be aware of who is in your space though to ensure the call is as confidential as possible. Headphones may help.

FAQ Can I join from outside the UK?

Yes! All are welcome and international links are included in your registration email.

Feel free to ask anything else xShannon

Happy #mondaymorning hope you all had a fabulous weekend! If your signed up to my newsletter you would have seen this lovely drawing by @gwenandwear for our #christmasproject
To get in the #festivemood we are asking everyone to get involved and decorate our beautiful #christmastree and studio.
Gwen has put together a crafty activity for everyone to get involved in. Thanks Gwen! Print out our scissor template, bling it, paint it, draw on it, what ever you fancy really then pop your name and insta handle on the back and bring it along to your appointment. We have a box in the back room to isolate your makes before we pop them out to display.
At the end of the month I will get my kids to pick their fav design/s and announce a #specialprize to the creater! It’s secret scissor Santa with a twist!
If you don’t have access to a printer but want to get involved just bring your crafts along with you to your hair appointment and I will give you a printed copy to create while I do your #hair
This year has been tough on us all with no physical access to workshops and crafts making and I hope this can give us a bit of collective joy!
Also thinking of a HASHTAG to collate our project pics in. Get involved! Can you think of a fun hashtag? COMMENT BELOW 👇🏽
There’s one in my head from Saturday evenings shenanigans with @proarteduo but I think we can do better! If you watched my insta stories you would have seen a video of us preparing our tree and I mensioned “no scissors in this salon!” 🙄🤣 could that be our hashtag? #noscissorsinthissalon ridiculous! Help a sister out! Get involved 👇🏽👇🏽👇🏽👇🏽

Spent a portion of my Saturday lending a helping at over at the new #ozhq! @thescissorsofoz threw a #paintparty and it was so much fun to get together with friends, clients, and fellow #sistersofoz to support Oz and to be able to help bring this new space to life!

Being surrounded by like minded people and to see this community come together to create this beautiful space was really something! 💖

I can’t wait to see all the wonderful things that’ll be happening here! With yoga and kundalini classes, and a kimchi making workshop already on the books, I may host a little #vintage #popupshop for a few days myself! What do you think?!
