Yesterday was so very special✨

I hosted and designed this event at a gorgeous location in Unadilla called The Pines at Covered Bridge Gardens📍
Shoutout to the owner of The Pines, Kathy, for the space and to all the other incredible vendors⤵️

It was a nice way to get creative with event planning again, using my small business roots @stargazedevents 🌟

I’m blessed to be surrounded by all of the people I love most, who have supported me and have been alongside me throughout various stages of my life. Yesterday’s party was a celebration of many achievements, like 5 years of hard work achieving my B.S and M.S in nutrition & dietetics going back as a student at 30 years old, earning a full time career in clinical nutrition, celebrating 35 years of life, all while having support in taking the final steps towards earning the title of a registered dietitian nutritionist.

They say your vibe attracts your tribe and I feel so lucky to have so many wonderful people in my life who came to celebrate these big life milestones with me, while doing some fun line dancing too. Words can’t describe how happy my heart feels 💗

For most of my life, dance was something that brought me so much happiness & I remember thinking a few years back “I wish there were adult dance classes” 💃

I firmly believe God put me on the right path. A dear friend from college brought me to my first line dancing class & I’ve been so thankful for my wonderful teacher!

Divinely guided. Manifestation. Whatever you’d like to call it. My words were heard and I was guided towards the people and places that I was meant to be surrounded by 😌

I firmly believe health is not just the food we eat but the people we surround ourselves with, the way we move our bodies, the amount of rest we get, and the things we do that bring us peace and lift our spirits.

I have shared often about my PCOS journey and how stress is a major component that impacts health. It is important to seek peace and find spaces that spark joy ✨
