We support the RAW because it is far more than a piece of real estate. It is one of Berlin’s last truly independent cultural and social spaces, where youth work, grassroots initiatives, music, art, and community happen every single day.

The RAW is the largest socio-cultural center in Berlin. Spaces like this cannot simply be rebuilt elsewhere once they are gone. They are created over decades through the people, communities, and culture that grow within them.

Berlin’s political leaders must take responsibility and ensure that the future of the RAW is secured. Public interest must come before speculative profit. A city that allows its cultural spaces to be replaced by commercial developments risks losing the very identity that makes it unique.

We will not stand by while another established open space disappears. Berlin belongs to its communities, not just to investors.

Culture is not a luxury. Urban space is not a commodity. The RAW must stay.

Share this image. Make it clear: I am RAW.

We’re really sad to announce that we have to cancel the Berlin Spring Open Air event at @recede_berlin .

Unfortunately, Recede Club’s last-minute closure has left us in a tough spot. With international DJs flying in, food vendors, and all the production involved, it was just impossible for us to secure an alternative venue in such a short time.

It’s heartbreaking to see yet another club in Berlin close 💔. We know how important spaces like Recede are to our community. We’re frustrated by this sudden change 😔, but we’re staying positive and looking forward to announcing our next event soon 🎉.

Thanks for your understanding and support – the best is yet to come. Stay tuned! 🔊✨ by @diskotek.berlin
