A lot of employers jumped the gun. They rolled out AI like a magic switch instead of integrating it into real workflows.

1. AI systems that can explain their reasoning and uncertainty.
2. Leaders fluent enough to challenge a confident answer.

Most of us are using AI like it’s Google. Summarize this. Write that.

Meanwhile, the technology is moving so much faster than our understanding of how to actually use it.
That was one of the biggest takeaways from my conversation with @robforohio, founder of @disruptionnowtech and chief curator of @midwestcon_.

Companies are racing to implement AI, often without giving people the training to understand what it can really do.

And whether you’re an employee, entrepreneur, creator, or founder, I believe the answer is the same:
Learn the technology. Get your hands on it. Build with it.
