Seeing all the beautiful comments on the @tamronhallshow post really warms our hearts❤️

People sometimes tell us we raised our kids right. But honestly, I think we’re just blessed to be raising three humans with hearts of their own, kind, loving and wiser than we sometimes give them credit for.

We can guide them but their beautiful souls are their own. We’re just grateful we get to be their parents.

HAZARDOUS!

When air pollution reaches this level, the entire population is likely to experience adverse health effects and vulnerable groups face increased risk of severe complications. The entire ecosystems are devastated.

@prabowo ‘s administration has the power and responsibility to protect its people, prevent fires, enforce environmental laws and respond to this KARHUTLA crisis.

But their silence is louder.

So where is the accountability?

A little glimpse of a special day!

I am insanely grateful and truly honored for the @tamronhallshow for giving me a space to share my experiences as a young caregiver.

I am also really thankful for the other guests who joined me to share their own stories and expertise within caregiving. Everyone’s story is different, but I really hope that conversations like these will help more people to feel more seen and understood.

I hope that this experience creates a clearer path for caregivers to navigate to the help and support that they truly need because carers deserve care just as much as those they are taking care of.

August, you were actually kind to me. 🤍

With all the eclipse happening, I was expecting a lot of emotional rollercoasters. But somehow, I made it through the month feeling grounded and peaceful. And got to see and make so many beautiful things and beautiful souls along the way.
