This Fall, we didn’t just train…
We built a system around measurable development.

Every lift tracked.
Every rep intentional.
Every resulted EARNED.

And the outcome?

Faster bar speeds across the board 📈
More explosiveness 💥
Increased upper body power 💪🏻

This is what happens when athletes commit so doing things the right way and when training actually transfers to performance.

What you’re seeing here isn’t random progress… it’s the standard here.

Built in the off-season,
Showing up in-season.

If you want results like this next year, now’s the time to start! Shout out to @tbsbaseball_houston for running an incredible program. No one is doing it like these guys! Top notch from top to bottom, especially to all the coaches who make it happen 🤝

The pro offseason is officially here, and the guys are already rolling 🔥

Assessments done ✅
Programs built 💯
Now it’s time to execute 🎯

This isn’t just a place to come in and get a workout.

Every athlete gets a plan built around what they actually need. From strength and power development, to throwing, mound work, movement, recovery, and everything in between.

The goal is simple: find the gaps, build the plan, and spend the offseason attacking them.

If you’re a college or professional player in the greater Houston area and you’re still figuring out where you’re training this offseason, now’s the time to get locked in 💯 taken in The Lions Den - HTX by @diveljic_

Trying to gain weight this offseason? Keep it simple.

Eat enough.
Get your protein in.
Train hard.
Sleep.

A lot of athletes make this way more complicated than it needs to be. If the scale isn’t moving, you probably just aren’t doing the basics consistently enough.

The goal isn’t just to gain weight either. It’s to add good weight, get stronger, and make sure it actually helps you perform on the field.

If you want some help with that, comment “NUTRITION” and I’ll DM you our nutrition playbook. taken in Baseball USA "The Yard" by @diveljic_

73 → 81 MPH in 6 months.

The velo gain is the headline, but the work behind it is what matters.

Our focus was simple:
Clean up the mechanics.
Get stronger.
Get more powerful.

Teach him to move faster and throw with more intent.
Over time, those pieces started to come together—and the radar gun followed.

An 8 MPH jump doesn’t happen from one drill or one cue. It comes from addressing the athlete as a whole and consistently attacking the areas that are holding them back.

Better movement. More strength. More power. More velo.

If you’re trying to figure out what’s holding your velocity back, come train with us.

A development day at The Den is never random.

From the warm-up and drill work to the throwing progression and mound work, every part of the session is planned with a purpose. We identify the athlete’s deficiencies, build the day around what they need, and make sure each phase carries over to the mound.

That intentional approach is exactly why athletes like @everett.lira continue to find success. He’s already added 8 mph to his fastball, and the exciting part is that he still has plenty of room to keep developing.

No wasted reps. No guessing. Just intentional work designed to move each athlete forward.

Notre Dame commit @garet.hack_24 has been really dialed in with his training lately, and it’s starting to show.

Now he’s starting to turn that athleticism into more output.

The intent is higher.
The body is moving faster.
The ball is coming out harder.
And that next gear we’ve been waiting on is starting to show up.

The PR is great, but it’s really just a reflection of the work he’s been stacking behind the scenes.
Keep building. Keep pushing. Keep finding more. ☘️📈 taken in The Lions Den - HTX by @diveljic_

135 lbs ➡️ 177 lbs.

But the weight gain is only part of the story.
He didn’t just get bigger.

He got stronger, more explosive, and more productive on the field.

Then → Now
Bench: 145 x 1 → 185 x 5
Squat: 225 x 1 → 225 x 12
Infield Velo: 72 → 83 mph
Exit Velo: 80 → 99 mph

That’s what we mean when we talk about long-term athlete development.

The goal was never just to add 40+ pounds to his frame.

The goal was to build a stronger, more powerful athlete, and make sure that new strength actually transferred to baseball.

@parkersloan55 deserves all the credit for the consistency and work it took to get here.

Our job was to give him the roadmap:
Strength. Power. Movement. Throwing. Hitting. Recovery.

Cover all the bases and let the results compound over time.

This is what happens when an athlete commits to the process and has a plan built around what they actually need. If you’re ready to find out what’s holding your development back and start building your own plan, DM us “DEVELOP” and we’ll get you started. taken in Baseball USA "The Yard" by @diveljic_

Just a touch-and-feel bullpen, but there’s a lot to like here with @easton_brunson12

For a guy who doesn’t necessarily have to be a pitcher, he looks pretty polished on the mound.
Good mover. Good athlete. Easy arm action. Can really spin it.

And honestly, that shouldn’t be much of a surprise.
Good athletes usually figure things out.
Texas A&M is getting a really talented baseball player, and if he ever wanted to make pitching a bigger part of what he does, there’s definitely something there.

Athleticism translates.

And this is exactly why we like taking a deeper look at how athletes move.

Right now, we’re offering our 60-point mechanical breakdown to current Den athletes and incoming athletes who want to understand what may actually be holding them back.

We’ll break down how you move, where you’re leaking energy, what positions you may be struggling to get into, and what needs to improve moving forward.

Stop guessing at what you need to fix. Find out.

Sometimes baseball gives you a decision you don’t agree with.

You can complain about it…
Or you can keep going.

Sam chose the latter.

After being released earlier this summer, Sam Carlson continued to keep his head down and work!

Now he’s officially back in affiliated ball after signing with the Philadelphia Phillies organization.

And he hasn’t wasted any time:
3 outings
4.0 IP
0 ER
2 H
1 BB
5 K
2 W
Four scoreless innings to start his time with Reading.

Opportunity came back around. Now it’s time to keep stacking days. 🤝 taken in The Lions Den - HTX by @diveljic_

Shoutout to the Goose Creek boys! They showed up and showed out 🔥

What’s built in the weight room, shows up on the field.

Strength. Power. Intent.

Everything we do has a purpose, and everything in the program is built around one thing: creating better athletes.

The programming has been battle-tested through hundreds of athletes, from youth baseball all the way through the professional level.

The formula works 🔥 taken in The Lions Den - HTX by @diveljic_
