It's official!! 🏆 We are so very excited to annouce that we've received multiple honors in the 2023 @scubadivingmag Readers Choice Awards. And we are told that in the entire history of these awards, no dive center has ever taken 1st place in all 7 categories! 🤯

The heart and soul of Team Ninja beams from the passion and hard work of every individual involved. We’re so grateful to have such an incredible team that has worked tirelessly and energetically to make this dive shop what it has become. We love the ocean and to share this gift with each and every one of you makes our work so rewarding. It's so humbling to have recognition but really, every day with our guests we are reminded how blessed we are to be doing what we love.

A massive thanks to all of our guests who have supported us over the years and have contributed to this beautiful ninja family we have built together. This is a monumental moment for all of us and we truly could not have done it without all of you ninjas out there!

Lands End is an extraordinary dive site at the southernmost tip of the Baja Peninsula, where the Sea of Cortez meets the Pacific Ocean.

Having had the opportunity to dive here during two different years, it has easily become one of the most memorable places I’ve explored underwater. Some days, I’ve jumped in to find thousands of fish filling the water column. Other days, curious sea lions have come in for a closer look. And on the rarest of occasions, I’ve witnessed fevers of golden cownose rays moving together as one.

Join renowned manta researcher, Dr. Madalena Cabral @manta__lena Scientific Director of the Oceanic Manta Project at @maresdemexico and professional photographer & conservationist @jayclue for a very special manta research expedition to Socorro and the Revillagigedo!

The Revillagigedo Archipelago is already jam packed with giant mantas, friendly pods of dolphins, over 10 species of sharks but to make it even more spectacular we’ll witness and take part in some of the most cutting-edge manta research.

Okay, we can’t wait anymore!

It’s only been 3 months since our last mobula expedition and we’re already counting days to see our wonderful mobulas again!

If you’ve never seen the mobula migration in Baja, there’s nothing like it. Thousands of rays filling the Sea of Cortez, launching 9ft into the air, dancing for hours.

Today we celebrate one of our favorite gentle giants - and what a better way to celebrate them by getting involved in active research that plays a big role to their protection & conservation.

They are intelligent, curious, endangered, and they offer spectacular interactions. But we still don’t even know where or how they reproduce in the wild.

That’s why our Socorro Manta Research Expedition would be an amazing opportunity to witness up close these beautiful animals and contribute to their conservation.
