If you like when someone makes up a melody and just follows where it goes, you’ll probably like it here 🍃

Creating harmonies from a melody I came up with at the airport 🎶 just me, my voice, and a loop pedal.

There’s something freeing about realizing you don’t need everyone to understand you. You get to be fully yourself anyway—to choose the life, expression, and joy that feel true to you. You’re alive. What else is there to do?

Sunset 10-4-26 after 2 amazing weeks getting to share both time in person as well as learning with my beloved daughter Ari. What a blessing to get to share together with her “5 Day Healer’s Mastery” with Master Stephen Co & this weekend “Achieving Oneness With the Higher Soul” with instructor Chandan. Courses available through ‘Pranic Healing’ in your area. Do I recommend? Unequivocally - YES!! Thank you for the time together Ari!! Thank you God, thank you GMCKS!!💗🙏🏼🪷 Atma Namaste #torreypines #delmar #california #pranichealing #arhaticyoga taken in Torrey Pines State Natural Reserve & State Beach by @divinelyari

Sometimes the songs feel more like messages being received than words being written. ✨🤍🎶

There’s something about this one that keeps pulling me back. I hope it meets you where you are. 🤍
