Sunset 10-4-26 after 2 amazing weeks getting to share both time in person as well as learning with my beloved daughter Ari. What a blessing to get to share together with her “5 Day Healer’s Mastery” with Master Stephen Co & this weekend “Achieving Oneness With the Higher Soul” with instructor Chandan. Courses available through ‘Pranic Healing’ in your area. Do I recommend? Unequivocally - YES!! Thank you for the time together Ari!! Summer 2026 woohoo!!

Been a really important summer for me, lots of reawakening, remembering, recalibrating. Good challenges and good healing. Worked 2 and a half months straight, 7 days a week most weeks 😴

Wrote and recorded a song about taking responsibility for your life in a world run by pedophiles and wackjobs (coming soon!), watched the kids i work with grow and become more resilient, laughed a lot, and had some sweet adventures.

Im now getting ready to head back to Nicaragua, and im like man wtf am I doing 😂 i have no money, a fair amount of debt, property acquisition/business stuff is slow and complicated, and sometimes that connection to source just gets a little bit quieter and more muddled.

But the big theme of my summer has been that we choose and create our realities— and I am not a slave or a sheep! Every challenge carries with it an opportunity for increased resilience and strength. So i guess I'm choosing to throw myself into the path that feels right, and give it what I got 🫪

Para una vida de coraje, verdad, reverencia, y crecimiento :)

(Verse) Held in, in winter
Spring time outspoken
River of woven threads
ive undone
Did I love well in winter
And kiss the ground frozen
Did I wake the moonlight
And dance under stars

(Chorus) Fire burns under moonlight
And we sing untill the sun shines
Finger tips on strings my heart sighs
To hear you play again

What visions do You have when You listen to it? What Your favourite part of the song? What stands out to You in the artwork? ✨
