Mitochondria Gallery is pleased to announce its debut participation in Untitled Art, Houston 2026, taking place October 2 - 4, 2026, at the George R. Brown Convention Center, Hall A3, with a VIP and Press Preview on October 1st.

In Booth B29, the gallery will present a focused duo exhibition featuring artists from its program, Djakou Nathalie Kassi and Demetrius Wilson.

The presentation brings together two distinct artistic practices that engage questions of form, materiality, identity, and perception. Through their respective approaches, Kassi and Wilson offer a dialogue that considers the evolving possibilities of contemporary artistic expression across the African continent and its diasporas.

These new members are primarily individual artists, alongside galleries, museums, ceramic centres, schools, curators, and educators—all united by a shared dedication to advancing the field of ceramics. We’re introducing some of these new members, who, together, represent an inspiring cross-section of today’s outstanding ceramic talent.
