Little throwback to last year’s madness at Disco Kitchen, hosting Illuminarium’s floor. We can’t wait to be back this year for more disco and dancing.

Coruba Soundsystem is a prominent Swiss music collective from Basel, Switzerland. They focus heavily on DJ and dance culture, throwing popular club nights, rooftop parties, and festivals featuring Dancehall, Afrobeats, Amapiano, and global urban club music.

Deliberately not too polished, yet with a strong sense of curation, and a very clear musical thesis, current members Manou, Scolou, and Bazooka have played alongside greats like Burna Boy, Uncle Waffles, DBN Gogo and many more.

Their vibrant community includes dancers, artists, musicians, cultural institutions, as well as industry partners. Their now 10th year as Coruba Soundsystem precedes a clear lineage deeply rooted in Soundsystem and DJ culture, historically connecting people, and advocating for the relevance and recognition of music culture.
