POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED

I’ve been honored to have a close relationship with Minnesota-based @hedwheels for more than 25 years. During that time, all of my road, gravel, and fat bikes have exclusively featured the technically advanced wheels that HED have proudly hand-built locally since 1984. American-made, and the very best humans providing the pinnacle of customer service…unmatched in the industry. Once again yesterday, like always, they were there for me when I needed them. If you want the best, made by the best, look no further. Proven speed, piloting the world’s best riders and teams to victories in the Tour de France, the Olympics, World and National Championships…the palmarés goes on and on. #GetSome by @djlindjr

It’s been dusty out there on Minnesota singletrack lately, with very little rain in the past month. Every ride ends with a layer of grit on every exposed surface. After a recent @tonkamtb practice, Laila told me to pose looking “tough” with a dirt facial mask. I think I failed. taken in Monarch Singletrack by @djlindjr

Wait, so you’re saying you DON’T hot wax all the chains for your road, mountain, gravel, cyclocross, and fat bikes? What the heck is wrong with you?! It’s 2026.

But it’s ok… you do you.

Spring in Minnesota is almost upon us. Dax is extremely excited to get back on the bike and feel the wind in his face once again. In case you don’t speak Canine, his enthusiastic bark translates to “Let’s f%+king go!”

As a Minneapolitan, there’s far too much negativity and violence and unrest in my feed lately. It’s overwhelming. So, taking a moment to breathe…

I made avocado toast on an english muffin for dinner. Seasoned with diced tomato, black pepper, and pink Himalayan sea salt.

Absolute perfection. It truly made me smile. 🥑 by @djlindjr

Sometimes it’s the little details that stand out! First time at the beautiful new Edina shop, as the Excelsior location is my go-to stop while I’m exploring on two-wheels. taken in Edina, Minnesota by @djlindjr

Chicken Salad is one of my favorite Summer meals. Toss it into a pita or between two slices of focaccia and we’re close to culinary bliss.

However, to be the “perfect” Chicken Salad, it must contain both cashews and either green or red grapes.

I’m willing to die on that hill.

Thank you @kowalskis_markets for always being there for me. taken in Southdale Center by @djlindjr

This dude is the best ride partner ever.

1. He never complains that the pace is too fast.
2. His perspective is that the longer the ride, the better.
3. No matter how hard I try, it’s impossible to drop him.

There’s only one Dax. taken in Minneapolis, Minnesota by @djlindjr
