This coming Bosburcht we have something to celebrate and something to mourn, so we thought: why not do something crazy?

In 2024 we started The Noodle Lounge at the winter edition of @bosburcht_festival and with two summer editions in between that makes this the fifth, so that’s definitely worth celebrating with a 24 hour set by us as founders: Ed Noodle & Mark Mywords.

But it will also be the last winter edition of Bosburcht, since at the moment it’s just not viable to have an extraordinary event like that in a castle with rising production costs while there’s limited space for people to sleep. So yeah, we’re taking one for the team by not sleeping at all 😜

Since that space is limited, rush to Bosburcht.nl/winter/tickets for the last few. You don’t want to miss this, at the place where it all started. And while you’re there, make sure to look for tickets for the awesome next summer edition as well.

After two successful nights earlier this year, we’re bringing The Noodle Lounge back to Het Sieraad this Amsterdam Dance Event for five shows 💛

We couldn’t be more grateful for an opportunity like this: we get to show party people from all over the world that a place where you can relax and dance to some amazing downtempo music is a must-have at every club and festival. My summer has been full

Nights just hit different in the forest 🌙✨. We got lost on midnight safaris, gnome festivals popped up between giant mushrooms, birds light up and trees started to sing..🦉🪩. While the campfire crackled, dark corners unvealed glowing universes and when you listen very well, you might even catch some happy hardcore vibes... 🦔🍄🔥🔦

1.5 weeks later and we’re still convinced we live in a mystical forest where birds manage the power supply and yoga comes with bonus gravity challenges 😆🧚✨. Happily sharing some photo memories to travel back to Ankleideraum 2026; where the birds were strange, the sense of community was real, the rain magically dissapeared 🧙 and every corner held a new secret or completely new universe.. 🍄✨

Some say we are better together .. 😉 To celebrate our upcoming B2B at @kaap_amsterdam this Friday, @djednoodle and I let AI fuse our faces together. Apparently, our musical styles blend so well it translates into pixels, too! The resulting digital hybrid has... well, let’s just say it has my unmatched charm and Ed’s... unique vibe.

Mark Mywords! 💫

Mark started his musical journey with DJing and producing a little over 25 years ago. Fast forward to present time and over 100 releases, Mark got to perform in numerous countries all over Europe, playing a big part in numerous event concepts throughout our country’s active nightlife! 🔥 This time he’s headed for the beach 🏖️☀️

Some more grey hairs start to appear in his trademark haircut, each one of them a reminder of the great amount of adventures he went on with his crowd. We want to share a bit more on the amazing new Colmeia stage at @goatcommunity.pt that we saw flourish this year. A downtempo temple that felt like a dream, serving the - in our opinion - best music out there in the perfect setting. There are a lot of people to thank for making this happen.

First of all: the five friends from GOAT, in particular @johnwoodsmusic and @brunomregueira. You trusted us with a small part in your beautiful organisation, which we don’t take for granted and will never forget. And John, you absolutely nailed it with the artists you booked for the stage. From start to finish every beat and note hit the right frequency.

How do you explain something that can only be experienced? Let’s try.

These two Dutch downtempo dudes started with what we call The Noodle Lounge a few years ago, a place at events where you can wind back and reset your nervous system to the sound of slow house music served in a suitable setting. At @goatcommunity.pt last week we got to host the best version of it yet, thanks to five friends that are pulling off perfection in the Portuguese mountains.

Not only did we play a three-hour set on Thursday night that felt like the ultimate culmination of all that we did to this point, but during the rest of the week we also saw, felt and heard that this is what the world needs. Big words, yes, but we’re only repeating what we got back from the people who stepped into this bubble with us and made it magical.

And mind you, this is not about giving ourselves credit. We’re just channeling and merging music and inspiration from others (@maayan.rahamim you know it) with what we love to create. The point is to spread this even more, not necessarily with our involvement. This is ours, and with that we mean the community of ravers as a whole. So take it, tweak it, and turn it into what we didn’t know we needed. We can’t wait for the next chapter to unfold.

Come and enter The Noodle Lounge with us, where we served some downtempo for the mind, body and soul three nights in a row this weekend. To say we had fun is an understatement, to say it was magical still doesn’t cover it. You had to be there, and we sincerely hope you will someday.

❤️ A big massive thank you to @bosburcht_festival for hosting us for the fourth time in a row. It just keeps getting better and better, so we can’t wait to see what the future has in store.
