The last few months have been nonstop with weddings and travel, and now that the season is finally slowing down, I’ve been looking back at some of the standout moments from this year. Kaite & Brian’s wedding at Crystal Plaza was definitely one of them.

When I first started DJing, I used to dream of being in rooms like this, surrounded by talented people who show up and give everything they have to make a wedding unforgettable. Getting to actually be here now is something I’ll never stop feeling grateful for. Thankful for every couple who trusts me, and for every vendor I get to work alongside who makes nights like this magic. What a year. 🥹💙

In 2026, I’m getting back into guitar.
I’m pushing myself to actually practice and really learn, not just jam.

This guitar was a gift from my friend @robsschoolofmusic after he heard it had been a dream of mine since I was a kid to own a real @johnmayer guitar. Absolutely unreal and very generous.

Not sure if this was a deeply kind gesture or an elaborate scheme to get his Instagram mentioned on my page… but if it was, well played, Rob. Here we are.

I recently had the privilege of photographing Rebel Strings at Cipriani Wall Street and it was one of those moments that really hit me. When I was a young photographer in the city I used to walk around taking pictures of these buildings from the outside, hoping that one day I’d get to work inside spaces like this.

Standing there with @rebelstrings in one of the most beautiful rooms in New York felt like a quiet full circle moment. I’ve always loved this city and its architecture and getting to create in a place like @ciprianievents reminded me why. 🎻📸

A father-daughter dance with a twist 🥹🕺

Elizabeth and her dad started with “Vienna” by Billy Joel before rewinding the night and turning it into a Hand Jive moment. Such a fun way to make a Sweet 16 tradition completely their own. ❤️

Congratulations Taylor and Jake! 🎉

Taylor and Jake grew up together, with a connection that started long before they ever knew what the future would hold. Taylor’s grandfather was the Jake’s elementary school bus driver, and years later, their own story unfolded.

8 years together.

Now, surrounded by the people who watched their story grow, they said “I do” at The Rockleigh and it couldn’t have been more perfect. 🥂✨

Yesterday I had the chance to DJ Danny & Lisa’s wedding at the beautiful @thethayerhotel, overlooking the Hudson River on the grounds of West Point military Academy.

One thing I’ve learned from weddings is that the stuff people worry about most usually isn’t the dancing. It’s all the little details beforehand.

The introductions. The timing. The formalities. Making sure everyone is where they need to be when they need to be there.

That’s my job.

I love being behind the scenes making sure everything flows smoothly so the couple doesn’t have to think about any of it. Especially at a place like West Point, where attention to detail is kind of part of the culture.

Once Danny & Lisa were introduced and all the big moments were underway, the stress disappeared and the fun took over. And that’s always my favorite part: watching everyone relax, hit the dance floor, and just enjoy the night.

At the end of the day, the best weddings don’t feel like a schedule. They feel like a celebration.
