Well, this just got interesting! 😂

I entered the Top Host competition, and thanks to some amazing friends, family, and supporters, I’ve officially advanced to the TOP 20 in my group! 🏆

And somehow, I’m currently sitting in 4TH PLACE! 🤯

For those who don’t know, the winner gets their own 6-episode podcast produced by iHeartRadio, $25,000, and a guest appearance on On Air with Ryan Seacrest! 🎙️

I’ve spent years entertaining people behind a microphone as DJ Wildcat. Now I have an opportunity to take that passion to an entirely different level!

But I can’t do it without your support! ❤️

MAYAH + ERIC KWOH!!! 10.10.26

OH WOWZA. First off…. Do not shoot your friend’s wedding bc you will be UNBELIEVABLY unwell the entire time. I truly don’t think I have ever cried so much during a wedding in my life. Mayah, Eric, + Ava, you are the most perfect family ever. The joy and emotion on this wedding day was unlike anything I’ve ever seen. So grateful to have been the one to document this day.

ALSO. The guest experience they provided?? Insane. The tuna station, live artist, saxophonist… absolutely unreal.

Anyways, I have too much love for them and prepare to see them on my feed left and right because I will NEVER get over this day.

10.14.26 ** 💪🏽🔥 WORKOUT WEDNESDAY **

It’s been a minute since I’ve posted one of these! 😅

One question I get asked all the time is, “How do you do everything you do?”

Full-time career. DJ gigs. Being a dad. Community events. Life.

And somehow, I still find time for F45. ❤️💙

Here’s the thing…working out isn’t something I have to squeeze into my life. It’s something that HELPS me get through life.

I’ve been part of the F45 community since 2018, and after 1,000+ classes, I’ve realized something:

I may have started this journey wanting to change my body, but the biggest transformation has been MENTAL.

The gym has taught me discipline, consistency, resilience, and the importance of showing up for myself.

Some days I’m exhausted. Some days I’m stressed. Some days I have a million things going on.

But I almost always walk out of that studio feeling better than when I walked in.

It’s not just about physical strength. It’s about having the mental strength to keep showing up for the people, passions, and responsibilities that matter most.

I don’t work out because I have extra time. I make time to work out because it makes everything else possible. 🎯

Happy Workout Wednesday! Let’s keep showing up! ☝🏽
