MAYAH + ERIC KWOH!!! 10.10.26

OH WOWZA. First off…. Do not shoot your friend’s wedding bc you will be UNBELIEVABLY unwell the entire time. I truly don’t think I have ever cried so much during a wedding in my life. Mayah, Eric, + Ava, you are the most perfect family ever. The joy and emotion on this wedding day was unlike anything I’ve ever seen. So grateful to have been the one to document this day.

ALSO. The guest experience they provided?? Insane. The tuna station, live artist, saxophonist… absolutely unreal.

Anyways, I have too much love for them and prepare to see them on my feed left and right because I will NEVER get over this day.

ONE YEAR. ONE INCREDIBLE COMMUNITY. SO MANY REASONS TO CELEBRATE!

What a way to celebrate ONE YEAR of F45 Training South Barrington! 🎉💪🎰

A little over a year ago, we opened our doors with a vision of building something more than just a gym. And WOW, did you all make that vision come to life!

The energy, the sweat, the laughs, the friendships, and the people who show up for each other every single day. YOU are what makes this place so special. 🥹❤️

A HUGE thank you to 🎧 @djwildcat for bringing the beats, 🎤 @emrfit3383 for the amazing song playing in this video, and my incredible family for helping run the Vegas slot machines (and putting up with all my late nights and crazy ideas 😂).

But the biggest thank you goes to OUR COACHES & MEMBERS. You are the heart and soul of F45 South Barrington. You’ve turned four walls and some weights into a community I’m beyond proud to be part of.

One year down, and we’re just getting warmed up. 🔥

Here’s to getting stronger, making memories, and building something pretty damn amazing together.

WE ARE F45 SOUTH BARRINGTON! ❤️💙

PARTY EDITION 🪩🔥

Olivia and Matthew, you guys seriously know how to have a good time!! Last night was one of those receptions where everything just flowed. The energy, the timeline, the music and most importantly, the teamwork. A good party takes a team based / good vibe vendor team and having a DJ who can read the room and keep the vibes going makes all the difference @djwildcat absolutely killed it

Truly one of the most seamless and fun receptions we’ve ever been part of. Thank you for having us and to the entire vendor team who made the coordination process leading up to last night what it was. Most of all our couple for all their hard work, organization, and being the coolest to work with. Hope everyone is resting and enjoying this cozy rainy Chicago Sunday.

Cheers to the NEW Mr. & Mrs. 💍✨

45,000 METERS. 💗 One incredible community. One very personal reason.

When I opened F45 South Barrington, I knew I wanted this studio to be about more than workouts. My mission was to serve our community, give back, support causes bigger than myself, and build a place where people show up for one another.

Today, that mission became more personal than I ever imagined.

Our F45 community came together and ROWED 45,000 METERS in honor of my sister, Gina, as she battles breast cancer. 🎀

I’ve always been proud of this community—but today I was humbled by it. You showed up for me. You showed up for my sister. You rowed, donated, cheered, supported and reminded us what community really means.

And those pink shirts? 💗 They’ve been part of our studio since the beginning, carrying the words STRENGTH. ENDURANCE. COURAGE. HOPE.

Today, those words mean everything to me.

Strength for the fight.
Endurance for the road ahead.
Courage for the hard days.
Hope for what’s on the other side.

Gina, those 45,000 meters were for you. 💗

To every member, coach, friend and family member who showed up—thank you. I will never forget what you did for my sister and for me today.

This is bigger than fitness.

This is F45 South Barrington. This is community. This is what showing up looks like. 🎀💪
