Movement looks different for everyone — and David has spent nearly two decades helping people discover what it can look like for them.

From competing as an NCAA Division I athlete to performing professionally on Broadway, David brings a rare blend of athletic precision, artistic movement, and deep body awareness to every class he teaches. With a background in kinesiology and Pilates instruction dating back to 2007, his approach is rooted in functional strength, alignment, and thoughtful, intentional progress.

He has worked with professional athletes, dancers, and clients of all experience levels, but what truly sets him apart is his ability to help people reconnect with movement in a way that feels both empowering and sustainable. His classes are equal parts technically smart, creatively engaging, and supportive — meeting clients exactly where they are while helping them build confidence and control in their bodies.

Whether he’s teaching, training, skiing, cycling, or finding his next way to stay active, movement is simply part of who he is — and that enthusiasm carries into every class he leads.

David has also been one of the biggest champions of Pilates Underground since we started building, always genuinely sharing his excitement for our studio and aspirations. He’s a joy to have on our team and in our community!

His clients are crazy about him, and you will be too 🔥
