Full Body Session with Anas 🔥

Today, we had a great full body workout with Anas, working on legs, back, shoulders and arms, and finishing the session with some abs exercises! 💪

🎯 The goal: build strength, improve fitness and focus on good technique.

During the session, we worked on different exercises like leg press, lat pulldowns, shoulder press and triceps exercises.

We also focused on good posture, controlled movements and doing each exercise correctly to get the best results.

👏 Great work from Anas today! Good energy, hard work and motivation throughout the session!

DK FIT EVENT 🖤

A VERY SPECIAL EVENT.

After almost 3 YEARS without seeing my family, being able to have them here with me, show them the gym, and let them experience the incredible DK-FIT community we’ve built was something I’ll never forget.

And the craziest part?

1st EVENT → 20+ PEOPLE
2nd EVENT → 50+ PEOPLE
3rd EVENT → 70+ PEOPLE 🤯

4th EVENT → ARE WE GOING FOR 100+ PEOPLE?! 👀🔥

Event after event, this community just keeps getting BIGGER and STRONGER.

What started as an idea is becoming something very special.

THANK YOU TO EVERY SINGLE PERSON who has supported DK-FIT, showed up, brought the energy and helped make all of this possible🙏🏻🖤
