Assess. Plan. Track. Adjust.

Most programs stop at the plan. The progress comes from tracking every session and adjusting as you go, with a coach running that loop with you.

DK-FIT Online is being prepared now. Join the waitlist (link in bio) and you’ll hear first.

Monique has lost 15kg 👇🏻

And she drives 45 minutes there and 45 minutes back, 3 times a week, to train with us.

It wasn’t always like this. When she started, she was stuck. No consistency, no accountability for what she was doing, and no clear way forward. That’s why she decided to join us.

She thought about it for a long time, because we were so far from her. But as you can see in the video, it’s the best decision she’s made.

Not only because she’s progressing (and her progress has been amazing), but because of the community she’s found here: the strong bond with her coaches and so many people in the team.
