Excited to work with @tarajiphenson mental health foundation, @blhensonfoundation & @katespadeny bringing The She Care Wellness Pods to my Alma mater @coppinstateuniversity providing free therapy to HBCU students.

When they reached out, it was an automatic YES. This is a full circle moment and a major collaboration for @safehaven_therapy But more importantly, understanding that Wellness play a vital role in academic success by supporting students mental, emotional, and physical health. This initiative couldn’t be more timely. Huge thank you to Taraji for continuously creating space and opportunities. Looking forward to making a difference.

They say the quickest way to change your life is to put yourself in rooms where your dreams are other people’s reality. A year ago, I attended the I AM Awards as a nominee not knowing that weekend would completely change my life. The relationships I built, the networking I did, and the friendships I cultivated opened so many doors and created countless opportunities.

I am forever grateful for @wespeakoutusa and happy to have attended my second I AM Awards weekend as both a speaker and an attendee. It was a pleasure sharing a panel with my mental health bros @dr_kody & @he_smiles Much love to my friend @kingdriver_ and the entire Speak Out family for creating a safe space to celebrate and highlight the excellence and impact we make in the community—and for always considering me. And to that I say… THANK YOU. 😂

I got into mental health to be the person I needed growing up. For the past five years, I’ve had the privilege to help others, build meaningful partnerships/relationships, and do the work I truly love. It feels good to be recognized for walking in my purpose, and I’m grateful for this honor. Thank you @generation_dmv

@coppinstateuniversity Black Excellence gala. As a two time graduate of Coppin & a donor to the counseling scholarship fund this moment feels meaningful. It also marks the one year anniversary of my partnership with the university and Taraji P. Henson’s Mental Health Foundation on campus. @blhensonfoundation by @dlharris_
