Los Angeles Dog and Cat Photographer
I like dramatic, soulful and funny, how about you?

I was looking for something in my files and came across this 2023 image of Two-Face Grace. I first met her at one of my ice cream shoots and never forgot her look. Would you? So a few years ago, I had that ruff made, thinking it would be perfect for Grace, then had the cap made. It didn't turn out exactly how I envisioned but I like this one anyway. Grace passed in 2024, she was a very good girl. #dogphotographer #losangelespetphotographer by @dlundin

A bit of a brag, but one of my images was included in Assouline's "Chic Cats" massive coffee table book. I was very proud that the image they wanted to include was one of my own two cats, Kiwi and Mango (poor guy left the planet last year). I took a Don Giannatti @p52progroupportrait class several years ago where we learned the styles of famous portrait photographers. I was practicing my Victor Skrebneski lighting and used the gentlemen cats as models. They got a full spread! #losangelespetphotographer #catphotography taken in Los Angeles, California by @dlundin

Serious Nara or Bemused Nara... Me, I always love the contemplative face, the one that reaches into your soul and knows if you've been bad or good but loves you anyway with the heat of 1000 suns. So I'm Team Serious Nara. How about you? #bernesemountaindog #losangelespetphotographer #dogphotographer #bernesemountaindogsofinstagram by @dlundin

I met gorgeous George in December when I photographed him as a surprise birthday present for his dog dad Gary from his dog mom Julie. Smile and head tilts on fleek. 👌🏼 He looks like he has a lot to say, right? ~he did~ #soulofadog #losangelesdogphotography #losangelespetphotographer #australianshepherd #aussiesofinstagram #dogsofbeverlyhills #losangelesdogs taken in Beverly Hills, California by @dlundin

Saying goodbye to Daisy. This was her end-of-life session last June and she outlived all expectations passing just recently. Her parents, Maria and Michael, and sister Dolly are heartbroken over this sweet girl who fit into the family like she always belonged. She came to them late in life, when her previous owners decided they no longer wanted her when she was 11. And then she had an incredible life. #portuguesewaterdog #endoflifesession #losangelespetphotography #dogphotographer taken in Malibu, California by @dlundin

This little dollface is Couper and his photography session took place in the client's garage. I really love those sessions, garages have been easy to set up a studio in. He was such a great little subject, frame after frame was just so adorable and we were honestly finished after just 20 minutes because we were after something specific. Anyway, the session was a holiday present for the client's wife and the last image shows the chosen one, printed on canvas and framed locally, ready to be delivered. She loved it! I mean, how could I ruin this, he was just so cute.
