Hello everyone!

We are very keen to introduce our new venture! We are so excited for everyone to try our Authentic Filipino food with a twist 😉

The history behind the name:
Dobol S is a phrase we made up amongst a group of friends when we’ve eaten something amazing. It is our way of expressing how good the food is with as few words as possible. It’s short for Super Sarap (Yummy!) because as you know, we Aussies love to abbreviate everything! Our goal now is for you all to say this phrase once you’ve tasted our food 🤤

Yes, we know there’s heaps of Filipino restaurants around, but we’ve taken influence from our Aussie and Asian backgrounds to really make our food pop 🤩

At Dobol S you will experience simple yet well executed Filipino food that will take you back to those little Karinderya’s by the street after a night of drinking 😅 taken in West Melbourne, Victoria, Australia by @dobols.melb
