Dobol S (Super Sarap)
Authentic Filipino flavours with a twist 😉

📍 St Burgs (Dobols) // Caroline Springs, VIC

BEEP BEEP HELLOOOO foodie friends— @st.burgs x @dobols.melb has added filipino bbq dishes to their menu and let me tell you if you’re an east-sider like us, it’s 100% worth the drive to the west!! Each cut of meat is an absolute flavour bomb & super tender as well. The assorted box is perfect for sharing and super filling— would have been better if more buns were provided so enough could go around though. We also highly recommend the chicken wings which literally exploded with juice (see video hahaha) and the seasoning is super unique and punchy in flavour. Of course we had to get a few favourites from their original menu and they are consistently good each time.

Kain tayo! (Let’s eat in Tagalog).

If you’re yet to try Filipino food, here’s where you can get a taste around Melbourne:
- @kalyemarinas in Geelong and Hampton for sharing dishes and desserts
- @cafe_kusina in Camberwell for simple, homely breakfast/silog meals
- My kitchen for a too-sweet Brazo de Mercedes 😂
- @dobols.melb at @st.burgs in Caroline Springs for a modern take: sinigang short ribs and BBQ pork belly
- Some mango and sticky rice desserts at @pipeworksmarket, which is having another Filipino food weekend this weekend 🥳
