Happy 1st birthday to our rambunctious pup @doodwally 🥳🥳🥳

You have made our lives more interesting and Andrew is so lucky to have a big brother like you. You love going to the vet (🙄🙄🙄), digging holes in our backyard, playing with other pups and meeting new people.

You're the friendliest pup there ever was and we can't wait to have more adventures with you!! (But maybe no more vet visits for a while, OK??)

Wally doesn't know what's about to hit him, and neither do we!!

I’m happy to officially announce that I am joining the faculty of @colburnschool Conservatory of Music as their new Wellness Professor!! 🤓😱🥳😎

This has been a life-long dream of mine - to develop a college level course for aspiring musicians - so that they can learn how to prolong their careers in this wonderful profession through the health and wellness of the mind and body. To be able to create it for such an elite institution is the biggest icing on the cake.

I will always stay true to do my best in trying to provide access to resources and knowledge about musician-health to people wherever musicians are found (ie. everywhere) and of all backgrounds.

Sorry I’ve been so quiet recently. There’s been so many amazing things brewing that I haven’t been able to keep up!

To follow my work with performing artists, hop over to @opus_pt.

Happy #nationaldogday to our first fur baby, Wally!! We've only known each other for a month, but you've provided endless hours of entertainment, unconditional love and just a bit of sass and psycho-puppyness. Thanks for joining our family and looking forward to many more years of treats and memories!
