Doubt is loud.
Discipline is louder.

Failure teaches what comfort never will.
Fear just reveals how bad you want it.

It’s not about being ready.
It’s about being willing.

Here’s the Framework to Turn Your Podcast Into a Client Acquisition Machine 👇🏼

Most coaches treat their podcast like a content dump.

But if you want it to actually grow your business,

You need to treat it like a sales engine.

Here’s the exact roadmap

1️⃣ Shift the purpose of the Show
Stop thinking in terms of downloads or followers.
Start thinking in-terms of belief shifting.
Your podcast is not a content platform
Its a pre-sale mechanism
Every episode should move the listener one step closer to saying “I need this”

2️⃣ Choose Topics that Create Demand
Dont just answer questions
Creat Tension.
Instead of “How to build an online business”,
Talk about “The coaching model that scales to 50k/month and why most never get there”

Your titles should challenge assumptions and sell the vision.

3️⃣ Break their Current Beliefs
Clearly explain why what they’ve been doing isn’t working.
The more clearly you articulate their pain, the more they’ll trust you as the guide.

4️⃣ Present your Model as the Solution
While breaking down the topic,
Position your offer as the only logical next step.
Don’t just mention it.
Make it feel like the missing piece they’ve been looking for.

5️⃣ Move Them Emotionally
Your job isn’t just to educate.
It’s to move them from fear to possibility.
Your podcast should feel like a journey:
Away from what’s holding them back, and toward the life they want.
That’s how you build trust and desire .

6️⃣ Speak the Right Person
You don’t need the right ones.
Tailor every message to your ideal client.
If they feel like you’re reading their mind, they’ll binge every episode and buy

7️⃣ Stop Aiming for Vitality, Aim for Conversion
The metric that matters is sales, not shares.
The best shows aren’t the biggest.
They’re the ones that turn listeners into buyers .

8️⃣ Start Conversations
When someone likes, comments, or shares your content, they’re opening a door.
Step through it.
Reach out.Thank them.Ask what hit.Spark real dialogue.

This is how you turn silent fans into actual clients.

If your podcast is getting views but not clients,

Use the C.L.I.C.K. Formula to Write Titles That Demand Attention 👇🏽

Your title is the first impression.

Get it wrong, and no one even presses play.

Get it right?

You earn clicks, trust, and loyalty before the episode even starts.

Here’s the exact framework we use to engineer titles that punch through the noise:

 C – Conflict

Take a stand.

Call out the lie.

Disrupt comfort.

“Why most coaches stay broke even after hitting $20k/month”

“Podcasts don’t fail because of content. They fail because of this”

If your title doesn’t provoke thought or tension, it’s forgettable.

→ L – Label

Speak directly to the people you want to reach.

No fluff. No generic wording.

“Dear burnt-out agency owners…”

“If you’re a coach doing under $10k/month, read this”

Your title should make them feel seen.

I – Irresistible Claim

Drop a bold promise, controversial truth, or open loop.

“$100k with no audience. What no one talks about”

“The number one reason you’re invisible online”

The goal is to make scrolling past feel stupid.

→ C – Credibility

Use numbers, data, or results to create instant trust.

“3 decisions that added $8M in 24 months”

“Why 90% of podcasts don’t make it past episode 7”

Back it up. Show receipts. Let the numbers do the talking.

→ K – Knowledge Gap

Show them what they’re missing.

“If you don’t understand this, you’ll never scale past $30k/month”

“Most creators fail because they don’t know this one rule”

Highlight the cost of ignorance and they’ll feel compelled to click.

🎁 Bonus: Don’t Just Earn the Click. Earn the Trust

The title gets attention.

But if the first 15 seconds don’t deliver on the promise,

you lose the viewer.

Here’s how to keep them locked in:

⚡ Reaffirm the title in the first 5 seconds

⚡ Preview what’s coming with zero fluff

⚡ Avoid small talk. Earn their time immediately

Every title is a promise.

Keep it, and your content becomes magnetic.

If you are a podcaster… drop your show in the comments so we can show some love by @dojo.agency

The moment that makes listeners stay forever

Most podcasters chase downloads.

But the ones who build movements do this instead:

They create a moment where the listener sees themselves.

Here’s how to craft that moment:

1. Understand why people really listen

  It’s not for information.

  It’s for insight.

They want an internal shift—a moment that helps them see their own story differently.

2. Every hero has a guide

In every great story, there’s a mentor.

A coach. A painful lesson. A mindset shift that made the breakthrough possible.

That’s what listeners are hunting for.

3. Ask questions that reveal the turning point

  Don’t just ask about achievements.

  Ask:

Who changed the way you think?

What moment flipped the switch for you?

What belief had to die before the new version of you could live?

4. Highlight the shift—not just the success

Wins are nice. But what changed *inside* the guest?

  That’s the moment people remember.

That’s the moment they follow you for.

5. Build your podcast around transformation

  You’re not just sharing interviews.

You’re offering a lens that helps people rewrite their own story.

And when your show does that, they don’t just listen.

  They become lifelong fans.

Here’s The Billion Dollar Blueprint 👇🏽

If you want your podcast to go viral and *actually matter—

you need to stop being an interviewer…

and start being a storyteller.

This is the Hero’s Journey Framework & how to apply it to your podcast:

—

1️⃣ Start in the Ordinary World

Open with relatability.

Show your guest before the success.

Let your audience see themselves in the character.

Think:

What was their life like before things changed?

What beliefs did they hold? What struggles were they in?

—

2️⃣ Trigger the Call to Adventure

Now introduce the shift.

The Red Pill.

The first client.

The near-death burnout.

This is where the narrative tension begins.

Highlight the moment they *realized things had to change.

—

3️⃣ Show the Resistance

Nobody ever feels “ready.”

Let your guest admit their doubts, fears, hesitations.

This builds trust—

because your audience *feels those same doubts right now.

—

4️⃣ Introduce the Mentor

Every hero needs guidance.

Morpheus. Gandalf. That one coach who changed everything.

Extract the inflection points that helped them grow.

Ask:

Who showed them what was possible?

What insight flipped the switch?

—

5️⃣ Cross the Chasm

This is where things get real.

Where they *commit* to the journey, and there’s no turning back.

Highlight the friction.

The failures.

The chaos.

This is where transformation starts to take shape.

—

6️⃣ Capture the Transformation

How are they different now?

What shifted inside them?

How do they show up today vs. how they used to?

People don’t connect to the success.

They connect to the becoming.

—

7️⃣ Return With the Gift

Now they’re giving back.

Teaching. Leading. Creating.

This is the moment you reinforce the theme—

and give your listeners the belief that they can do it too.

—

Your podcast shouldn’t just inform people.

It should move them.

This is how you make people feel seen,

make them binge,

make them share.

Here’s The Framework 👇🏽

Most podcasters start their show the same boring way:

“So… where’d you grow up?” or “Tell me about yourself?”

And just like that… listeners are already scrolling for something else to watch.

If you want your podcast to *hook from the jump, this is the sauce:

1️⃣ Pinpoint the Leap

Start your episode with a moment of risk

Not the guest’s childhood or origin story

The terrifying decision that changed EVERYTHING!

Everyone has decisions they are avoiding…

or a leap they are scared to take…

Start the business… Ask her out…

You need to make your audience FEEL that moment.

2️⃣ Recreate the Emotion

Describe how it felt.

The uncertainty. The pressure. The internal war.

The more raw and visceral you make it,

the more your audience will see themselves in the story.

When they FEEL what you or your guest felt…

the experience becomes real

3️⃣ Build the Tension Early

Don’t wait until halfway through to get to the juice.

Open strong. Hit hard.

Let the story answer the audience’s question:

“Why should I care?”

When you lead with real stakes,

you earn permission to go deeper.

4️⃣ Keep the Loop Open

Wrap the leap with a cliffhanger.

Tease the consequence. Tease the fallout.

But save the resolution for later in the episode.

”before we get into how you solved this… I need to know more about what got you to this point”

That’s how you open a loop *that will keep your audience HOOKED!

Most intros bore people.

This one moves them.

If you want the exact video training I give to our best editors – who have generated +200M podcast views – to implement the Hero framework in short-form clips…

Why your podcast isn’t sticking with people

It’s not because your content isn’t good.

It’s because your story isn’t human.

Here’s how to fix it:

1. Stop starting with success

  Nobody bonds over wins.

  They bond over pain.

If your first question is “How did you get successful?”—you’ve already lost them.

2. Make the struggle the entry point

Every great story starts at rock bottom.

Start your podcast with *real* moments—setbacks, heartbreak, resistance.

  That’s what makes people listen.

3. Ask questions that cut deeper

Swap “Tell us about your business”

For “What was the lowest moment in your life?”

Let them go there. That’s where the connection lives.

4. Make people feel like they’re in the story

When your audience sees themselves in your guest’s journey,

  they don’t just listen.

  They invest.

  They come back.

  They tell others.

5. Remember: tips don’t create fans—emotion does

Your audience doesn’t want more information.

  They want resonance.

And that starts with story, not strategy.

Why your podcast feels flat—and how to fix it

Your content isn’t boring.

Your story is just unstructured.

Here’s how Hollywood creates billion-dollar franchises—and how you can steal their strategy to build a magnetic podcast:

1. Understand the power of the Hero’s Journey

  Star Wars. Avatar. The Avengers.

They all follow the same formula—because it works.

It’s not about the setting. It’s about the emotional arc.

2. Stop teaching. Start taking people on a journey

  People don’t remember data.

They remember how you made them feel.

The goal is not just to inform. It’s to involve.

3. Make your listener the hero—not you

You’re not the expert on a pedestal.

  You’re the guide.

Position your guest (or your listener) as the one going through the transformation.

4. Build emotional momentum into every episode

  Conflict, tension, breakthroughs, resolution.

Your content should have structure—not just surface-level value.

  Every episode is a mini-movie.

5. Design your podcast to create connection, not just content

When your audience feels like they’re part of something bigger, they’ll come back again and again.

That’s what builds trust. That’s what drives sales.

Not better mics. Not fancier guests.

Why your podcast clips aren’t landing—and how to fix it

You don’t have a content problem.

You have a question problem.

Here’s how to turn every guest response into a viral hook:

1. Think like an editor—while you’re recording

  Don’t wait until post-production.

Ask questions designed to create viral moments.

That means punchy, polarizing, curiosity-driven prompts.

2. Craft every question as if it’s the title of a short-form clip

Instead of “Tell me about your career,”

Try “What was the hardest moment in your business journey—and how did you survive it?”

3. Remember: social is the top of your funnel

Nobody’s scrolling Spotify looking for your name.

They find you through reels, shorts, and viral clips.

4. More reach = more resonance

The goal isn’t to go viral for the sake of it.

It’s to reach *enough* people that the right ones stick around, subscribe, and become loyal fans.

5. Here’s the framework I give my clients to create scroll-stopping clips:
- Start with a bold, curiosity-pulling question
- Anchor it in emotion or conflict
- Clip it tight around the moment of peak tension
- Use captions that amplify—not distract
- Design your content to *interrupt*, not just inform

Your podcast is only as powerful as the questions you ask.

If you’ve ever felt imposter syndrome behind the mic—you’re not broken.

You’re being refined.

Here’s why podcasting is one of the most
transformative things you can do:

1. It exposes every part of you

There’s nowhere to hide when you’re in front of the mic.

Your doubts. Your insecurities.

They rise to the surface—and that’s the point.

2. It stretches your confidence every time you press record

Reaching out to a dream guest?

Asking bold questions?

Speaking your truth publicly?

It all forces growth. Fast.

3. Every episode is a free coaching session

You get direct access to incredible minds.

Unfiltered, real-time mentorship—tailored to your curiosities.

4. It builds your network in ways no other medium can

Some of the closest relationships in my life started with a podcast DM.

When you show up with real curiosity, you build more than content.

You build connection.

5. You become someone who moves through fear—not around it

Every time I thought, “Who am I to reach out?”

I sent the message anyway.

And I was always met with a reminder:

My message matters.

If you’ve been thinking about starting a podcast…

It’s not just a content play.

It’s a calling.

At the start, I said yes to everything.

If you had money—I had a solution.

The result? A chaotic business and a blurry identity.

Here’s how I fixed it:

1. Realize that doing more ≠ getting known

I was juggling 15 different offers.

  I wasn’t building expertise—I was building noise.

Nobody knew what I actually *did.*

2. If your intro starts with “It’s complicated…”—you’re in trouble

You’ve heard of the elevator pitch.

  It’s cliché because it matters.

If you can’t explain what you do in one line, your audience won’t either.

3. Speak to someone, not everyone

When you try to speak to everyone, you speak to no one.

That’s what was happening with my content—general advice, vague messaging, and zero traction.

4. Stop trying to be a generalist in your niche

The people who win online are the ones who own a single space.

That means saying no to the 14 other directions.

5. Ask yourself these 3 questions to sharpen your focus
- Who do I really help?
- What painful problem do I solve for them?
- Why am I the obvious person to solve it?

If you can’t answer those clearly, your audience won’t either.

Want help getting that clarity?
