S/O to the neurodivergent baddies ! I want to make more content about mental health and emotional healing so I decided to just start where I am. I have had Complex PTSD for years and it has impacted my life significantly but I refuse to let it control my life. I refuse to be forever broken by those bad experiences and people who inflicted my trauma. Everything takes time. And remember to give yourself grace if you are also struggling with symptoms of PTSD. We can all free ourselves from our past one step at a time. You are braver than you think, stronger than you feel, and whole even when you feel torn into a million pieces. YOU ARE LOVED. Try coping skills like EFT tapping, meditation, or journaling. Specialized therapies can be amazing too like Exposure Therapy or EMDR ( I've heard) ✨ #ptsd #cptsd #mentalhealth #copingskills #neurodivergent taken in Hollywood by @dollconfessional
