So this video took a while for me to make because I was trying to figure out what focal point of the Cornell7 case I wanted to focus on. Consent can only be given when someone is aware and cognizant of what is going on. I hope that federal legislation is put into place about the fact incapacitated people simply cannot consent. I am Jane Doe. She is Jane Doe. We are all Jane Doe. #cornell7 #cornelluniversity #janedoe #iamjanedoe #consent

Meditation can have real benefits for your mental health. 🧠✨ Regular meditation and mindfulness practice may help reduce stress and anxiety, improve focus, support emotional regulation, and promote overall mental well being.
Save this for your next mindfulness or self care moment. 🤍

S/O to the neurodivergent baddies ! I want to make more content about mental health and emotional healing so I decided to just start where I am. I have had Complex PTSD for years and it has impacted my life significantly but I refuse to let it control my life. I refuse to be forever broken by those bad experiences and people who inflicted my trauma. Everything takes time. And remember to give yourself grace if you are also struggling with symptoms of PTSD. We can all free ourselves from our past one step at a time. You are braver than you think, stronger than you feel, and whole even when you feel torn into a million pieces. YOU ARE LOVED. Try coping skills like EFT tapping, meditation, or journaling. Specialized therapies can be amazing too like Exposure Therapy or EMDR ( I've heard) ✨ #ptsd #cptsd #mentalhealth #copingskills #neurodivergent
