Rain, sunshine and plenty of smiles by the river 🍂☀️

The rain made an appearance, but luckily the sun came out just in time for our Resident Harvest Festival!

It was great to see so many familiar faces and welcome some new ones too, coming together for an afternoon by the river filled with good food, autumn treats and great company.

Perhaps it’s a morning walk through the gardens, a familiar face at Reception, a swim after work, or simply having your own corner of London to call home.

Everyone experiences life here a little differently, and we’d love to hear about yours.

Throughout September, we’re inviting Dolphin Square residents to share their experiences on @homeviews_com. There’s an art to exploring London 🎨

This September, the capital is filled with exhibitions, installations and creative experiences, from world-famous galleries to outdoor sculpture and design festivals taking over the city. Hi, I’m Charlie @charliegetstreats, and this is my dog-friendly guide to Pimlico! 🐾

My perfect day out starts at @tiptoegroominguk for treats, toys and accessories, followed by a stroll to Eccleston Yards in @belgraviavillage to relax in the courtyard. Next stop, St George’s Square to stretch my legs and make a few new friends, before heading back to Dolphin House Café & Bar at Dolphin Square for a well-deserved treat. 🐶

The sunshine arrived just in time for our Mediterranean Summer Party at Dolphin Square ☀️🍋

From delicious Mediterranean-inspired food to dancing and laughter, it was wonderful to see DSq residents and friends come together and make the most of a beautiful sunny evening.

I finally made it to @dolphin_square / @dsqfitnessclub in Pimlico and WOW… I get the hype😍

Just a few mins from Pimlico station, the building is HUUUUGE and so gorgeous inside & out!! The fitness club itself is massive (you’ll be directed to the reformer studio), and it literally has everythingggg – pool, sauna, gyms, squash courts & more. Changing rooms? Gorg + fully stocked with lockers & towels✨

Had a quick peek at the mat studio on the way (stunning), then onto the reformer room! It doubles as a regular studio, with reformers that can be folded away – so clever. The space is bright, mirrored, and such a vibe!

Now THESE reformers… different👀 @totalgymuk Encompass machines use your bodyweight instead of springs, and you just adjust the incline – sooo cool and such a different burn🔥

I took the 8:15pm class with @thegracerudd and she brought the SPICE😮‍💨 Glute bridges on an incline?! HUMBLING😭 Full body but with a strong upper body focus which I’m loving atm😍💪🏽

There’s also a cute café for smoothies/shakes (sadly closed after my class😭)

SUCH a good @classpassuki find!! And I’ll 100% be back… especially now I’ve possibly convinced @aaboschiazzo to get a membership🤭🤪

Thank you to everyone who joined us yesterday for chocolate egg decorating with Chef Mark and an egg hunt in the newly restored Spanish Garden.

We hid 100 chocolate eggs, including three golden ones 👀✨ Congratulations to the lucky winners who found them!

Come to gravity reformer pilates with me 🤍This is my local when I’m back in London, always feels like coming home as I love the vibe and energy here 🧚

The reformer here is the highlight of my week, time to myself in such a nice space which has helped me sooo much keep on top of my fitness goals.
They’ve had a huge restoration & I can’t wait for the pool to open it’s going to be so stunning
