We first came to know Clay @linkcoffeeclay through a cup. As the founder of CCCLAY @ccclaycoffee , Clay’s approach to coffee cups reflects his approach to brewing — it’s never just about appearance, but every detail and the experience of a cup. Handmade in Jingdezhen, every CCCLAY ceramic cup is crafted with care and has been used by competitors on the world stage, including Elysia Tan @elysiaholmes . But the cup is only a part of Clay’s coffee world. A runner-up at the 2018 World Aeropress Championship and 2023 China Brewers Cup, Clay went on to reach the China Brewers Cup finals in 2024 and 2026. This time, we’re bringing his coffee world to Hong Kong.
