Looking back at ‘Sustained Protest’ at The Great Get Together’ earlier this month, on the 15th June, where we taught an all ages radical fashion education in and through the reproduction and creative manipulation of @uallibraries resources, made into stencils!

An LCF Cultural Programme collaboration with East London-based designer @patois1791 and @ualshortcourses , produced and curated by Dr Leila Nassereldein @bureau_of_public_secrets of @lcflondon_ working in partnership with community member Selom Amoa and UAL textile print tutor Dominique L’Olive @domdies , ‘Sustained Protest’ is a workshop series initially developed for @sustfash 15th anniversary festival - Imagining Possibilities.

Special thanks to @sons_of_simeon , @garythetall and @brassf00t , of @nts_radio , for raising the countercultural context of the workshop sonically with a backdrop of roots reggae, classic hip hop and post-punk, and the amazing @yodomo.co for enabling the sustainable decoration of our hippy hang out den with psychedelic waste fabrics!
